They were also securely packaged and came with all required parts for installation. Instructions are not super clear but installation is easy to figure out without them.

I purchased blinds for a recessed…
I purchased blinds for a recessed window. The controller sits inside the recess on the left. The issue is that you can only get the blind to roll up by pulling the strings towards the left, which is not possible when it is inside a lefthand side recess.

I used a better-quality plug and screw to secure.
Still not sure how to adjust the stopper on the chain to the correct position.
