Stephanie was amazing to work with.
Getting our order for blinds and drapery set up. So helpful and friendly.
When our blinds came we had a bit of a problem knowing how to hang them, but Valeria was so helpful. Again, very impressed. And we love both the blinds as well as the drapes. We would definitely recommend Blinds to Go.

Quality of the blinds is good, service and installation very good. My only issue is with the plastic piece that covers the chain. I guess is for safety? .that piece is extremely long and gives no space to comfortable rise or lower the roller shade blind.

Salesperson was friendly and helpful in our selection of blinds. The blinds look great, however the pull chain mechanism is poorly designed. The chain binds when opening and closing the blinds and takes a while to master. I decided to do the instalation myself. Although not difficult, instalation instructions would have been helpful and should be part of customer service. We were not contacted when the blinds were ready and had to make our own inquiry.

We’ve purchased other blinds for our home. This time got 4 rooms done. We got roller shades this time and we weren’t told there would be such a gap on either end. We were wanting complete blackout but now have light coming in. Also the quality doesn’t match the cost and they were on sale!!!
