Easy Shopping Experience

Very knowledgeable staff, they have all the types of blinds and curtains in the store, so you can see and try them out. Then booklets of colors - that you can take home to see what matches your home. We have loved using these guys over the years and will continue too. We had Rose helping us and also Polly on another order we are in the middle of planning

I had ordered a blind and because I had…

I had ordered a blind and because I had purchased items previously, my account was set up in the system. In the process, the sales person never verified the information in the system, and he entered my email address in incorrectly. I did request that the product would be going to my daughter's address, but that was entered in with incorrect spelling. Item was ordered, with a promise of "before christmas". The blind came in, but since the phone number & email was wrong, I did not receive any notification. I called in the week before Christmas and a younger gentlemen (I think his name was Domenic) helped me. I came in the store immediately to pay the balance and he was having a little issue with getting an installer. Instead of the senior members trying to help him (including my original sales person Liv and a person who appeared to be in charge) they were all giving him a hard time - "you need to do this" "you can't do that". The young guy came through for me and got everything arranged. I was so happy. As I left the store, the original sales person smuggly says "bye, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year". I was seriously not impressed but did not exchange any words with him. If it weren't for this young person, who worked hard at remedying the situation, I would not have received my blind, nor would I ever return to your store. Customer Service is everything.

Attention to detail

First and foremost this is not a reflection of the store associates who were all pleasant, helpful and professional. They also did their best to expedite the return of my track.

Frustrating experience in having a track repaired. Whether it be system flaws or attention to detail, the track was not returned in the direction I dropped it off.

Was a lot of energy to install, uninstall and reinstall - let alone the time spent travelling.

Sunroom blinds

Went to the store and chose blinds that I wanted to have in my sunroom. Blinds to Go then came and took measurements. Within 2 weeks the same person that had measured came and installed new ones. Very happy with the great service and they fit perfectly.
