I had the best experience during my visit to Blinds to Go today. I was lucky enough to get to work with Lystra, who was so knowledgeable, patient and above all else KIND!! I would recommend visiting to anyone who is in need of new shades. And ask for Lystra if you want the best of the best!

Had another great experience at the Norwalk Blinds to Go. Vallerie helped me find exactly what I needed. I'm going back there again the next time I need blinds.

My experience at Blinds To Go - Norwalk was superb! I've recently made two purchases and both times I was quite pleased with the customer service. Both Alex and Evangelie were professional, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. My first set of blinds were installed with precision and look fantastic. Overall I give Blinds To Go Norwalk an 11 out of 10!

My visit to Blinds to go was better than expected. I walked in and a salesperson name Alex greeted me. He was nice and friendly. He asked me "what can I help with today". His approach made me feel at ease. He listen to
my situation and concerns and he explain what to me what options to help. We walked out the store feeling very good with our purchase.

Blinds To Go is my go-to store for years. They have helped me 3 times with my curtains and blinds in the past. I am delighted to say that today I had a wonderful experience at your Norwalk store. I recently purchased a large three bedroom end-unit condominium and needed window treatments throughout. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the store manager, a very pleasant young lady by the name of Evangelie. She quickly assessed my particular needs and introduced me to Alexander, one of their design consultants. Alex had an extensive knowledge of window treatments and was very patient explaining to me the plethora of choices in their extensive product line. I never felt rushed nor pressured, and every question that I had was answered to my complete satisfaction. Evangelie was always close at hand to lend additional support. After placing an large order, I left the store feeling confident and satisfied with our choice and selection. Customer service like I received today is a rare commodity indeed. Thank you Alex and Evangelie for your splendid service!

The installer was great. Hopefully the shade that was faulty will be replaced sooner than later.

Lystra made my appointment so seamless, easy and stress free. She was so professional - already prepared with a quote but also offered other options when I came in person to meet with her. She is sending samples to my house so I have them before my measurement appointment and made the entire process so easy to follow. I am so pleased with how quickly she was able to set up the appointment and walk me thru the ordering process. She is a wonderful employee!! Thank you again for your help, advice and time today.

I recently had an issue with a pair of blinds I brought into the store for repair (to be sent to the warehouse for repair).The assistance Lystra offered was phenomenal! She was the middle person between the warehouse and I. The problem was resolved to my satisfaction because of Lystra. She's truly an asset to Blinds To Go, as well as to their customers!

I have been in many blinds store,even in Hunter Douglas store and the level of service and price did not meet my expectation. Especially being a first-time homeowner. When I came in to your store. I was greeted with a warmer welcome. The staff was very helpful. Lystra help me understand the different types of blinds I needed for each room of the house. She was very patient understanding. And most of all I didn't feel rushed. Like the other stores.
