Perfection
The blinds are beautiful and add elegance to my den. The staff, product and service were very easy and very efficient. They tell you who will be coming to your house with a picture. We called the Designer to come to the house. I would recommend Blinds To Go.

Very pleased with the purchase and installation experience at Blinds to Go Kitchener. Everything went according to plan. Blind measurement was accurate, pricing was the same as quote. No surprises. The installation was very professional. Great job.
We bought a new blind for our kitchen. Perfect.
We also had a 12 year old blind for a patio door that needed repair. Fully covered by the lifetime warranty

Great tag team!
Louis and his son Kevin were a great team. They got everything done in less than an hour. Appreciated that they had "extra" pair of shoes to put on to work since we don't wear shoes in our house. I had a few questions and Louis had answers for them. He even called when he was 15 minutes from the appointment so I knew exactly when they will arrive.

Used to be a real Blinds To Go fan
I was a real Blinds To Go fan. I had their blinds on all my previous home windows and they were great. I put them in my new home and I would no longer recommend their new styles. The chains to control the blinds were metal and now they are plastic- the plastic ones on a number of occasions got stuck to the point I had to call them to have someone come out to fix it and they charged me for that. They say the plastic ones are childproof. They should have created a better design if that is the case. Another blind style they now have is cordless- this too gets stuck halfway up or down so someone needs to come out and again at a charge. A third version we got has a wand to open and close the blinds and yesterday the wand just fell off. So disappointed.
