Misleading shipping
First order with Bling ingredients only a small one to try out what I needed.
Ordered on a Wednesday, shipped on a Thursday or at least that's what my email stated, that's not what appears to have actually been done mind.
Checked the tracking everyday, no movement at all on that Thursday or the Friday, Saturday or Sunday that followed. It wasn't until Monday that Royal Mail stated they actually received the item.
If it was free delivery I wouldn't complain as you pay for what you get but when you charge £5 for shipping then people are paying for that service.
The fact your system stated it had shipped and it clearly hadn't is disgusting and misleading.
The item will need to be exceptional now for me to consider shopping here again.

So sorry to hear you've not had a great experience here. I can't see that you've reached out to us directly to try to resolve this issue before leaving a review? Which is a shame, as we always strive to resolve any issues that are raised with us, even when it's caused by a delivery partner, which is what this sounds like.
We dispatch all orders that come in to us before 3pm the same day. Though our shipping policy says we'll dispatch within 3-5 days.
It looks like you ordered at 6:32pm on the 25th February, so this will have been packed and picked up on the 27th.
When we're not shipping frozen products, we dispatch with Royal Mail as this is a more cost effective method of shipping (it still costs us more than £5 to ship a parcel, if we didn't use them, we'd have to charge more).
Unfortunately once an item leaves us, it is with the delivery 'gods' to make sure they do their bit and not just get the item delivered but also ensure they scan it at each step of the process to keep you updated. Both of which we don't have any direct control of.
I have tracked the item now and it shows as being due for delivery tomorrow. Which is a day earlier than the advertised delivery window on the website.
Had you contacted us to help resolve this we'd have been more than happy to chat this through with you or look at ways of making this better for you. But I hope this helps instead.
I hope you enjoy the product when it arrives with you regardless of this.

Product excellent Delivery notes not read
The products I ordered are exactly what I was looking for, very high quality. However, delivery was far too prompt. You have to be there to take delivery, I wrote a note as instructed to specify a delivery day when I knew I would be available. By luck, I had randomly popped home one day and the order arrived while I was there ! If I had not been at home I could have lost the whole purchase. I will order again, but will phone them to make sure delivery can be when I ask.
