Great product and fast service from provider. Have only been using product for approximately 3 weeks - but appears to be working very well and giving my dry eyes good lubrication. Excellent customer service and follow-up for refills and help during first fill. This was recommended by my eye doctor to switch to from my old eye drops that I had been taking after many years for dry eyes. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars - is that it has to stay refrigerated and that is a little less convenient - especially when traveling or staying somewhere without refrigeration.

My eyes aren’t fighting to see
The spots on my cornea had started clearing up in the first two weeks! Still not clear enough to get a reading on my prescription but clear enough for me to drive without the eyes trying to see behind a muddy window!
The drops have already made a difference in my headaches and eye strain as well and are helping to eliminate the dryness much better than any other drops have.

Do not use this pharmacy. Three (3) weeks after paying for my medication and over a dozen phone calls over the span of a week or more, till I hot confirmation that they would fulfill the order. Promised to deliver yesterday but turns out they mailed with USPS so I will have been out of medication for four days, jeopardizing the successful outcome of my two-month treatment. Incompetent and untransparent customer service that kept saying the same 'sorry for your inconvenience' without being able to see why order was not fulfilled in a timely manner and take swift action.

BlinkRx: aggressive, predatory marketing tool NOT a pharmacy
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. BlinkRx works to "control every aspect of the prescription journey" for pharma manufacturers NOT for patients according to their own website on the "life-sciences" page. One of their "Key Benefits" is to "Control the patient experience: Build and control every step -- from enrollment to refill -- to maximize conversion, speed, and adherence." And boy do they ever exert control over the patient experience! Once they got my contact info and I placed my first order, they spammed me relentlessly to refill my prescription just a few days after the initial fill. The BlinkRx app purports to allow me to update my payment info and contact preferences but does not provide the means to do so. Any changes require a phone call to their 800 # to speak with a CSR who is either unwilling or unable to fulfill my requests. There seems to be no way to contact the actual pharmacy directly. The CSRs' main duties seem to be to thwart the customer's ability to cancel an order or to close their account. I was actually told that I could not cancel my prescription or close my account unless my doctor canceled the prescription. When I tired of their aggressive marketing tactics and called to cancel my order and request a refund, my order was shipped 2 days later and no refund was issued. I canceled the order because my card was charged immediately upon ordering but the prescription had not shipped more than a week later. The CSR was not helpful at all and gave excuses, not answers. Even though BlinkRx is the only source from which to obtain my prescription (Fosteum Plus), I have requested that my doctor cancel the prescription rather than continue to do business with BlinkRx.
Update 01/24/2026:
While I did receive a phone call from a man respresenting BlinkRx yesterday, he did not really address my concerns. Rather, he attempted to persuade me that BlinkRx IS an actual pharmacy and NOT an aggressive marketing tool. I remain unconvinced. After I gave him the specific example of how the BlinkRx app states that the user can update their payment info but provides no means to do so, he helpfully stated that he would pass along my feedback to the app developers to hopefully improve the app user experience. Other than that, I maintain my original evaluation of this aggressive pharma marketing tool.

Great new drops for Sjogren's
The drops have been very beneficial. The stinging is starting to let up. I have Sjogren's, so my eyes are very dry especially now living in the Arizona desert. The pain has gone away in my right eye. I'm doing a 60-day trial, and my insurance has approved this medication.
It's so nice to have drops specifically targeting autoimmune dry eye problems.
