Noticed a difference the first day I…

Noticed a difference the first day I used the drops, grittiness was gone and dry eye much improved. Vision is slightly blurry but I’ll take the trade off.

Glad my eye doctor recommended

My eye doctor, Lauren McLoughlin, at Eyesight Ophthalmic recommended your product to help my dry eyes. I am very glad she did. I saw Dr. McLoughlin today and she was very pleased with how my eyes are responding to TrypTyr and so am I.

Too expensive.

I was shocked when I got a teeny tiny, 3 mL, dropper of the eye drops. It will be my last one because at $225 I’m not sure how many people can afford to do that. Those drops only lasted me two weeks. Your product is way out of my budget and I’m sure many others. I don’t see that they work any better than Restasis.

Eye drops that really work

Don’t use them. Terrible service. Million questions and the deny debit card. Health Reimbursement Account with ample funds. Deny, deny. They said give them my personal card. Beat it. Never again.

ONCE AGAIN - PROFITS BEFORE PATIENTS - BEWARE

If I could give 0 stars I would.

Contacted 04/06/26 bc online portal kept kicking me offline while trying to do refill of meds.
Spent nearly 2 hours with CSRs who told me they would “escalate” issue and provide resolution same day. Was CONTINUOUSLY DENIED access to decision making authority and escalation team. No communication from them whatsoever except to attempt to coerce me into auto refills. Texts every f***ing day.

Over subsequent days attempted to do online refill & got same result.

11 days later after multiple attempts and now down to my LAST DOSE of my meds and again - 2.5 hours of run around, promises, being hung up on, and again CONTINUOUSLY DENIED access to decision making authority and escalation team to ensure an overnight delivery of my medication so as not to interrupt my medication regimen. Sent an email that they figured out glitch and dropped my meds in USPS. Kept apologizing for the “inconvenience” instead of addressing my MEDICAL NECESSITY.

NEVER AGAIN.

And the worst part? Yeah there’s more. Deeper dive into BlinkRX - finding out they are now partnered with Trump and his band of criminals.

Literally got a call next day from a “supervisor” and engaged in a 20 minute conversation where he acknowledged there was absolutely nothing they could do about the situation.

Instead - I’m being bombarded with texts and emails to “remind” me to auto refill scripts. Spending 30 seconds to post verses 2-3 hours at a time trying to get Blink Rx to do the right thing. Better use of my valuable time.

This company takes advantage of women…

This company takes advantage of women looking to get medications their Dr. does not assist with. I ordered a medication to help with menopause and was charged 298 instead of the advertised price of 99. When contacted they said I could not pay the advertised price because my insurance rejected it. It should not be advertised as 99 out of pocket when you cannot pay out of pocket when you have insurance that rejects the claim. Very deceptive advertising and they will not refund. This just adds to an increasingly stressful situation.

REPRESENTATIVE ONLY KNEW HOW TO READ SCRIPT

Representative kept on reading script and had no idea how to handle issue. Did not take ownership of issue even though he acknowledged it was an error by Blink. If the representative had knowledge of the Blink ordering and shipping process they would have known that the customer had the option of paying a small up charge for two day shipment. Unfortunately he had no idea which caused unnecessary upset on my part. There are many more details to this situation which demonstrate the inadequacy of Blinks processes however I am not going to take any more of my time to explain.
