Very good quality items!
I placed my order on 6.21. I still have not received some of my items but after speaking with customer service, they informed me that items are custom made when ordered. They provided me with a shipping date and assured me that I would receive the remaining items soon. The items I have received, I love! Thanks Blinqswag!

I received my order, and it was wrong I called Azmeer Khan, and explained what happened and he was able to get my order corrected and had the product shipped to me at no additional costs. Blinkswag has a really nice selection…
Blinkswag has a really nice selection of items to select from. I had a question so I needed to contact the staff and I was treated professionally and personably by Azmeer Khan, who was thoughtful and helpful. I received the order on time, even a bit earlier than I was promised and extremely happy with the items I ordered! Nice quality apparel. I will definitely look at their site first in the future for any of my Remax apparel needs!

Their Hard Work Paid Off For Me

The package arrived in time
The package arrived in time; in fact, I was not expecting it on the date of delivery. The SWAG team followed up with me to ensure I shared correct shipping address. One thing that can be improved is always alert the customer of their shipment. In my case I was not informed the package was shipped.

Good product, dodgy emails
The product was great and came fairly quickly. The one thing I didn't like is that through the process I got a total of 9 emails with shipping updates, which was excessive, and they almost looked like spam. They came from another name (Team Zoho) so it wasn't connected to Blinkswag or our company (it was team swag) - not a great brand experience.

Our CRM offers Live Tracking notifications which sends an automated notification with every shipping carrier scan, we understand how this can be overwhelming and confusing.
Based on your feedback, we have made adjustments so that the Live Tracking feature is turned off. Our clients moving forward will only receive our custom emails, which clearly identify the sender as BlinkSwag and contain the tracking number for self-service tracking.

Tech Issue, then Good!
At first the coupon wasn’t working until I logged in and I wasn’t able to complete my order on the laptop, had to use my phone. Otherwise easy to use and shipped very quickly!
