VERY SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE :/
Selling stuff that is not available. Only offering the upgrade for more money. no refund even after 5 mails.
UPDATE: Only with the help of my creditcard company did they finally - after almost 3 month - refund me.
Sorry guys, but for a somewhat decent customer experience you should really step up your game. double refund is a lie btw. I retract the scam-comment and add another star because finally they did something but the VERY SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE is still no bueno.

Yes sometimes it may happen that a product is no more available if the order is not confirmed in time. But it is very unlikely to happen. In fact it is very rare and by the way we can confirm that you have been refunded even twice.

The support is nonexistent
The support is nonexistent. I tried to contact them both via email and via social media and I never got an answer. When I wrote in a comment in their Instagram page that they never answer, they just blocked me.
Furthermore they don't describe what's in their products nor the dosage.
