I’m obsessed with Blissy products - ESPECIALLY the night mask. Should come with a warning though - “will make you never want to get out of bed!”

A fabulous idea…feels silky smooth. Sadly, falls apart pretty fast. I’d never re-purchase.

Advert very misleading. Price in large letters £39.99. Small writing which I hadn’t seen £150. Can’t afford that. If they had sent me a statement or order confirmation I would have cancelled my order,no confirmation . They will only accept returns by certain carriers.
Do not trust. Shady firm.

I love my Blissy pillow cases but I take exception to the statement that they “last a lifetime “ they don’t. I’d say they lasted a year or so be they split along the zip seam. They are the most expensive ones around & I won’t be buying again.

For bonnet I ordered, over all quality is ok, just ok, not any different from
Amazon version for $20, but Blissy is too tight. For over $125 for bonnet, it’s way too much for what you get. Now I have to pay to return it back to US. If you are in Canada, I don’t recommend ordering from them.

Love the pillow cases, but they are expensive and only last a 2 years until the zipper comes out because there is not enough seam allowance to keep the satin from fraying.

Blissy is Bliss. From the silky pillow cases to the pillows I received a few months back, to their customer service I will give this company more than 5 stars.

These pillow cases are game changers. Right now I am in Mexico and yes, the pillow is with me. I just drape it across the existing pillow and enjoy my normal Blissy sleep pattern. I really take it everywhere I go! You must get one or two …

I'm very disappointed with my Blissy Pillowcases! I ordered my 2 pillowcases 12/10/25 & received it 12/15/25. I've barely had it 2-1/2 months and it's ripped along the zipper on both sides, 1 pillowcase has ripped on the other end. I wash these inside-out and with gentle laundry soap on a gentle wash cycle. Today I washed these and was putting them on my pillows and they were both ripped out. As expensive as these are, they shouldn't be ripping out 2-1/2 months in! Ridiculous!

3/2/26-I received my 1 pillowcase of 2 that are absolutely useless. After reaching out to customer service a couple weeks ago, they were less than helpful. They finally agreed to replace my pillowcases. I only received 1 pillowcase in the mail today. I will not be purchasing another 1. They have lost me as a customer. Terrible company with terrible customer service!

I just went online to purchase some more pillow cases. I was shocked! The prices are outrageous! I’ve bought SO SO many over the years, and never had to pay prices like this!

I ordered the silk bonnet for my curly hair and was really excited to try it. However, it would not stay on my head and after two nights of being awakened several times with it over my face, I returned it for a refund. Original packaging, etc. Eventually, I received notice of a "partial" refund. They deducted tax and "free shipping" cost to me. Of course I paid for return shipping. BEWARE !
