Incorrect size of item sent
Incorrect size of item sent, have tried numerous times to contact the company with no response. Contact numbers registered do not work. Terrible customer service.

Ordered 14th June
Ordered 14th June, took money via PayPal immediately. Still showing as unfulfilled. Have emailed a number of times, no reply at all. So far looks like they have stolen my money.

Hopeless communication, slow shipping and wrong information online.
Ordered 5th December, didn't hear anything again until 9th January. Emailed the listed address 2x in the interim and got no response. Item eventually arrived and I returned as it was too late; got a message some days later from someone unconnected to the business and it turns out that it's their address listed on the website (both checked and confirmed it's wrong on the website). Both emailed the listed contact address again and still have received no response. Hopeless communication, slow shipping and wrong information online.
