No advantages to use this service. They have incredible delays in processing payments from tenants. The money is taken from tenant's account on the 1st of each month but will be deposited in your account 10 or more days later! So good luck if your mortgage payment is debited before 15th of the month
I had issues with two payments for two properties, for having added a new bank account. All the pre-authorized debits that were previously signed by the tenants were updated accordingly while only one property should have been impacted. This mistake has caused a delay in both payments. After reaching out to them, the customer service was prompted to sort this out, sending me updates regularly and following up constantly until the issue was solved. I could not dreamt of a better customer service. Would definitely recommend Bloc Solutions! It is not only a matter of a property management system based on AI, there are true professional people behind the scenes, who work hard to offer the best service. Big up! Keep up the good job!
Our landlords use this service and it has taken our incorrect rent amount 6 times. Including 2 times where it has taken our rent twice. We are never notified of the error, and only found out when checking our account. It is a truly shocking service.
