Overpriced outdated video platform that literally scams its customers by offering ridiculously overpriced old movies for renting or buying.

Avoid at all cost

I dearly wished to rent one of my favourite childhood videos - "spies like us' (with Chevy Chase and Dan Ackroyd. It's ace). However, when I rang the helpline to find where the nearest store was, the young lady on the end of the line laughed at me, telling me to get with the times. Rude!

Have used these guys for some years now at my restaurant . Twice yearly maintenance visits always helpful, very polite and most importantly get the job done. Used them today in another property that we own and they got it sorted where the managing agents had use another well know company that failed miserably! What does that tell you These Are The Best . Thank you for today to Marcus and all the ladies in the office that put up with me pestering them about time of attendance .

I lived in Denmark my entire life, then March 2023 i moved to Bulgaria, and now 1 year and 4 months after moving i am getting my Blockbuster account Blocked because i moved to another EU Country, but i still pay Denmark price for Movies on Blockbuster and Blockbuster claim that because i move away from Denmark and Scandinavia then i am not allowed to used my account and i now have no access to more than 80 purchased items on Blockbuster, even though i have bought many movies and series the last year and 4 months that Blockbuster greedy accepted my purchases with Denmark prices. I tried to register a EU credit card as the website demand to verify that i "Live" in Europe (as Blockbuster website demands), but stil no access to my purchased content, then of course i get the feeling of being violated in my rear exit, by a company that accept you to travel around Europe but you are not allowed to move to another country and keep your account and still charge the same price as if i lived in Denmark. Don't use Blockbuster if you plan to move to another country, because you will get your account Blocked. And no kind service from Blockbuster customers service Betina.

Says that you can pay 169 Danish kr. To buy a movie. But then it will only allow tickets which cost 221 Danish kr. So false marketing and promoting. If it was a Danish local store it wouldnt be allowed. But I guess online they just do whatever they like. I can provide screenshots

Thanks for the reply, still doesn’t even comment on the wrong prices listed and what it actually cost. Just a site with prices that can’t be trusted I guess

Here is a tip. Monetize on being the one place for everyone to buy and rent movies and series. The Steam version of Movies/Series. A personal library for your virtuel collection. As a Dane, I can't buy from YT or Prime Video, just a example where you guys are already ahead.
