It has been 20. days since I submitted request complain regarding my wallet, my funds are stuck in trading wallet, am not allow to withdraw due to some verification process, and I was told to submit my wallet where I want my fund to be transferred to, it been 20days and I haven't heard from anyone or get my refund, this is sir annoying when they don't consider their customers,
am I need of my funds and I put them in trading wallet for my own purpose of use when I needed it, please you guys should refund me my money

Blockchain is a first class scammer. I sent in 1000 Euro and when I tried to transfer them to my ledger they blocked the money without telling me about the measure. After two days I contacted the support. The support told me it´s unable to do anything. A "special department" would be responsible. Then blockchain sent me an email that the are concerned I´d have become the victim of scammers (so right man!!!!!!) and they held on the withdrawal attempt. After answering to every question no contact anymore.

So Blockchain scammed my assets. They are scammers and I recommand : Hands OFF!

The customer care is whack or best wrecked, not helpful. You go against their regulations if you open way too much ticket
Who wont open 100 tickets when you wont respond to any of the tickets. Blocked accounts for 4 months without no response only to ask for my Bank account statement.

Bank account statement requested. Who will give such?
Finally did and boom no response another 2 months.

I am trying to get my money back almost 1 year and they are lying me with unbelievable and stupid points without any proof and reason. Besides that their staffs are not professional they don’t understand what is bank and personal accounts. They are scammers be careful because as as you deposit your money they will keep it illegally

Good day to you My name is cudjoe jude anthony Thank you for your help.it was my decision with my wife to put our fund in blockchain and start trading by the side since it won't affect our current job.but unfortunately for me Dec 1 I wanted to pay my son medical bills do I tried to take the fund from our blockchain then I find out that my account is on hold.sent a message to the support group everyday for 1 month till today nothing is done.The sad part is that I lost my son on the 2nd of January 2022.he passed on after lot of struggle to give him good care.
This is really sad for me.i didn't stop sending blockchain message they even block every means of contacting them saying I violate the law by sending messages everyday please help me so weak right now for 3 days have been awake waiting for there mail send different messages nothing is done till now.they requested for some document I sent it to them more than 10 times and they confirmed receiving they came back to me that they didn't get my response this is very inhuman blockchain put my family in agony .I regret the day I put my fund here in blockchain.This might be the last time I will type because I might not be on this earth anymore to continue with this.please fight for my is my wife number should Incase am no more .+27767134387 we live in South Africa

I was scammed by blochchain team stating that i have fund blocked on their account due to my previous trading with different trading platforms which they stool my money and i got nothing, and to release this amount i need to pay the fees of transfer which was very high so we decided to divide the amount by 4 times.

First i made the first payment of 1500 usd to transfer the amount directly to my account in Kuwait but i was surprised that they told me that my banks is not accepting the cryptocurrencies so they transfered my fund to sns reaal bank which they asked me the pay again the same amount claiming that the first payment was only the fees to transfer the fund from blockchain to sns bank and i paid again one week ago but they did not transfer my money.

Today blockchain they contacted me again stating that i should not pay sns bank because the file has been returned to blockchain and i need to pay for the third time in order to receive my money directly to my account so now the bank in Kuwait is receiving the cryptocurrencies?? How come ??? After arguing with the agent over the phone and i said that i will not pay any single penny again because i paid all what they asked before and i have nothing left he was rude and hungup the phone on me and nobody is replying to my emails or calls ..the way how they treated me was awful.

The big catastrophe is that before i was borrowing money from my colleagues and friends and due that i was not able to pay them on time they filed cases against me at the police station and my company has stopped me from working waiting for the investigation and at the police station they said if i will not pay by the end if this month they will arrest me and send my file to the court...please if somebody can tell me what to do because i will kill myself i don't have enough money even to buy food please help.

I cant send the Bitcoins from my Trading Wallet to my normal , i have this problem since 6 Months the support replied me 1 time then ignored me biggest scam wallet ever , i have tried to verify my id with my passport and it didnt worked for no reason makes no sense

Scammers have been holding my BTC wallet hostage for weeks. When I reach out to support I get ZERO reply and an email that gets unanswered. The chat service is full of people that have no ability to do anything. I am getting super pissed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They are scammers and thieves.

Blockchain give me back my damn money, 7 transactions and all have been pending for more that 16days

IT is not almost a scam it is 100% SCAM
One of there consultants Mark Robert Davis gave me a story that he would help me get my money back.
He cleaned me bank account out and left me with $10 to live with for a month and all my debit orders were returned .
When i said no he can not do that he kept telling me i will have my money back with in 24hours
He put the money into SWITCHERE that is also a SCAN Stay away from them as well

It is almost a scam. Took money easy next to impossible to withdraw it. Like terrible, terrible company/website. I would rather have burnt the money I put on there than give it to them again.

I have use this application for yers but this year is truly execptional. What suppotr does with account is beyond belif, sends coins to wrong , blocking payments and withdrawals , sometimes blockinng the whole account. I do not recommend this service strong enouch

These are the numbers of the tickets just for the last week which I am still waiting the reply for, even though I have already been waiting for 2 months for my funds to be transfered. The support team just says to wait and this happens every single day. I neither can transfer the money to another wallet nor to my bank account, both transactions are in Review status. Recently, the support team told me that they have a right to hold my money due to the anti theft regulation and money laundering. Are they kidding me? I have been waiting for two months already, it already looks like a scam to me. I worked hard to earn those money and they have taken them from me just like that. They just make up new reasons and excuses every day, I am so fed up with them. If Blockchain is such a huge and official platform for the transactions with BTC, why do they act like scammers? I do not advise anyone to use Blockchain because it is real scam!!!!

Please stay away from this exchange and do not entrust your hard earned money with them. They are not to be considered reputable or trustworthy. I loss my money with them in the most fraudulent fashion.

Hello, I just received an automated message from support saying that l "since the last update on this ticket, we haven't heard anything in a few days will close the ticket"

Are you serious? It's been 2 weeks and still I haven't had an update from your compliance team or support? Do you people not speak to one another, is there a divide? Is there a civil war?

I know this may sound like I'm talking nonsense but I feel as if nothing is being passed along, I've been told several times that this has been escalated, how has it been escalated if I'm receiving emails talking about updates and in a few days it'll be marked as solved?

This is insane..

I get that your company is undermanned and busy but I had the exact same issue as this with another crypto site and within 12 hours they replied and sorted within 36 hours and they are a smaller company than yours..

You claim to be the most trusted crypto site? Is that made up? I can't trust you to send an email let alone anything else?

Blockchain is so unprofessional and it’s really sad. I regret ever registering with them. Their customer care is the worst I have ever seen.
For the past 3 months, I have had just a complain and they haven’t been able to resolve it.
I haven’t been able to withdraw my money from my trading wallet. I have explained the whole situation and they requested for a wallet where the money would be transferred to. I gave them and until now, no response.

I've made a withdrawal on this company's exchange into my blockchain wallet about 5 months ago and still sitting as pending. Raised 2 or 3 tickets and the response is that still someone is looking at it. Absolute waste of time, chased about 3 times and they are coming back with not much info on why there is a holdup. Give me my money back!!

I never received my money via bank withdrawal. Support is clueless.
