Great Support

I have to thank you so much that Blockpass was there for me and helped me with my KYC, it was a bit complicated because of my dual citizenship but Blockpass didn't let me down, the support was incredibly helpful. You fought for me for 2 months and we were successful, many thanks to the Blockpass team, you were great, all the best for you friends,Everything I wrote is true, it was an exciting 2 months for me haha, I would have lost a lot, thank you again friend for being there for me!!💚🥇🦸‍♂️

Worst crypto service I've ever seen

The service doesn't connect with Metamask wallet, I tried for 30 minutes and nothing happens.
"Then I tried manually, but shows Paste the message that you have signed with your private key below"
It's nosense you don't know what to do if you have to paste the private key or the message before, it should connect with Metamask automatically, really bad service.

SCAM !!! KYC verification always fails. No support

PEOPLE, DO NOT SEND YOUR DOCUMENTS TO BLOCKPASS!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Unfortunately, I used blockpass.org for chaingpt.org KYC verification. I have tried at least 30 times, but each time ID verification/recognition fails, NO MATTER which document I use to take the live picture: passport, ID, driver's license. I always get the error: "Failed. We are unable to read your national ID" (or passport or any other legal document).

After two days of desperately trying to pass the KYC with their Android app and web-app, I tried to reach their support team via online chat on their website... and surprise - NO ONE ANSWERED!

They have generic chatbots in which you cannot connect to a real person. I sent them a few emails, but only received useless automatic replies telling me to "contact the support team."

After all the above, I'm sure that blockpass.org are SCAMMERS who are collecting people's ID pictures and user information for MALICIOUS USE.
