some people don't approve the KYC because it's the prove address, and the prove address must be the same as the national id address. if the prove address is rejected a second time then ask the blockpass team to check it manually, because I also experienced a failure because the bot that checks, this should be from the blockpass do check manually itself.

Blockpass(dot)org confirmed via email to make the KYC for JUICYFIELDS ... yes the SCAM company JuicyFields DAO ... and Blockpass knows that Juicyfields is under international investigation. So good luck everyony who send your personal iniformation to HongKong.

They support scam companies as they do not take any actions for projects where a KYC was made. They won't inform KYC users, they won't delete the company from their list and they will reply to you that you should see with the company.

KYC process went very smoothly. No issues noted. As long as you follow the steps they lay out, it’s a quick and simple process. I recommend scanning your ID from the Notes app on your phone in order to provide a clear picture.

Just stay away. If the project you love incorporates it, find another. They want superfluous details that are irrelevant to KYC standards. Why? Probably because they are selling your info on darkweb, or some other nefarious purpose. One thing is clear, customer service is the least of their concern.

Edit: The company's response is misleading and avoids accountability. I have documentation showing I was eventually verified without ever changing my ID or resubmitting documents—only after months of persistent follow-up and numerous emails. The initial denial stemmed from Blockpass's inability to differentiate between a California ID and a driver’s license. Technical issues were abundant, such as problems linking web browsers to the Blockpass app. The project requiring KYC repeatedly advised me to reach out to Blockpass, and only after a long wait and no additional documents was my information finally approved. It seems the actual issue was Blockpass's own verification process, which was eventually corrected, leading to my approval.

As a developer, I understand that complexities arise, especially in verifying IDs from various regions. But I also know that acknowledging and addressing mistakes is crucial. Instead, Blockpass shifted blame to me. Additionally, the company states that identity records are deleted once the app is removed from a device. However, when you replied to my original review, you claimed to know the status of my verification. This contradiction leaves me questioning whether my data was genuinely deleted or if the company is bending the truth about their data retention policies. Let's be honest, who's surprised that the crypto company is lying about data retention policies?

The worst kyc supplier ever!

I have business account with blockpass. Clients signed up and completed the kyc process with confirmation emails. However you can never review the client profile. The profile just do not appear under the account.

Have tried all the way to contact support. THERE IS NO SUPPORT!!!

No one is helping, not though online chat, not through online support ticket, not through telegram nor twitter nor Facebook. This company is a host company.

Worst KYC ever, I have scanned my government issued ID nearly 20 times and its keeps telling me not enough light or its not an authorized document.... Its my ID that I give to the police if I get pulled over or the bank to cash a check you are a bunch of goons gonna also slam BYAC and Animoca for hiring such a trash service.

I am taking part in ICO and has to pass KYC by BP. It’s almost 2 weeks and KYC is still under review without knowing what to do in order to complete the KYC. The WORST!!!

Awful support. They just ignore you. It's been weeks since I submitted and there's no update or responses

Worst support ever. There is actually no support. I failed with my identity check. Waiting since 4 weeks already. In the meanwhile i updated my request several times. Contacted the support also, nine times already. Just receive funny auto replies, but no support at all.

i have failed to gte kyc'd with blockpass and they refuse to dhelp me unless i become a pass club priority member. If i buy 10'000 pass tokens then they will look into it. Seems like blackmail to me. I'm staked on seedify.fund for 2 months now but because i can't kyc'd i have been unable to participate on any of the IGO's. i have tried tickets to bockpass, seedify, i have tried telegram and twitter, but who can trust anybody on there asking to connect to your wallet..seedify i thought was a good project but i see it partnering with crypto banter and with this block pass shower......so i'm beginning to have my doubts.
i even sent a tweet to Alex Becker who is involved with seedify, but i got no answer.

Really bad service. 4 days and still nothing approved... I tried also to contact them using different way and I got any response yet...

Blockpass would be fine if :
The selfie camera didn't make mangled and distorted photos no matter what.
They gave reason's for documents or images not being correct.
They don't leave you hanging for 8 days until you find on their website that after 8 days of waiting you have probably been denied.
If they had customer support for new users.
If they didn't require details that are not relevant to KYC requirements...

Further more, there is nothing you can do once submitted to help the process and achieve a positive outcome, even if your documents are highly esteemed.
From what I have seen, and according to other's reviews, Blockpass is not fit for purpose.

Front fine, back not. Followed every tip to the letter plus more. No glare? It's white and glossy with a hologram. Shield from lights? Not enough light. Have to go to a photography studio with diffused lightboxes obviously. Bunch of amateurs - no way I'm trusting Id with them. No problems with the other 4 or so KYC checkers I've used.

poor customer support service they not gonna make your life easier, they just prolong the duration and make it more hard. if you have any other choice please use other service!

Does anyone else hate this app? Unfortunatly i have to use it, but hell no...Nothing works, they have a fu**** upload form and thats it, and not even something that simple doesn`t work. And i think they have 2 completed systems too (web and app) with different everything, what ?! why ?!.....
