Poor response.
I purchased 4 items, but only 2 items arrived, so I contacted the customer center, but after a week, there was still no response and the remaining items have not arrived.
Slow to respond.

They put the blame on customers for their errors. If you take the time to order, you always cancel it immediately because the product is a problem or the code is wrong. It's a wrong move.

The customer service is non existent
The customer service is non existent, the owner of this place could care less about the customers. I’m sure there is a reason why they went from a store front to the back of a crappy warehouse . On top of having to wait forever for your stuff , even if you live in the same city , I have received on more then one occasion , pre worm clothing , with holes in it, the end of the sleeves all frayed, and a bad smell to it. They don’t offer refunds because they know the majority of there clothing is junk and the only way to keep your money is to offer store credit that you will never use . Stay away from this place you’ll just be disappointed . Or end up clothing you’ll have to pay someone to repair or just have to throw out
