Dear, we are sorry about your issue, but what you're saying it's not correct. Our customercare explained that we haven't received correctly some of your orders, since we alredy delivered to you many other orders without any hassle ; For the unsucessfull orders we alredy issue a full refund. Unfortunately some hitchs could happen, especially when using some type of payment methods.

A month later, still not sent?
I placed my order on February 6th, and it still hasn’t been mailed out. I have reached out twice using the email they have on their site and have received answers promising that it will be shipped in a few days and that they are experiencing issues with Canada Post. It’s been almost a month and no sign that my order has been sent.
