It's nearly a scam.

They took 300 USD from me and started the process of registering a company in 4 steps. 1st step was finished quickly, but after that all stuck. Tried to contact by e-mail, sometimes they give a reply, sometimes ignore. Find some excuses why the work isn't done. After 8 months I was unable to have them obtained IRS EIN. Without EIN the company is useless.

Recently their domain started redirecting to another company, getembarked.com. I sent a message to their email asking if they are going to finish my company tasks, which was registered with Blook. No response.

After a week, I received a newsletter from Getembarked saying they've merged with Blook. I replied to that newsletter and asked about the status update. Suddenly I got a response promising that they will continue the work on my company. After that, I sent 3 emails asking about the updates — ignore.

The person from Getembarked who replied to my e-mail was Igor Daier. By googling that name, you can easily find that he was working in Blook before. Seems like they just changed the company name to avoid claims and start scam from the scratch.

I checked the previous comments and agree that most likely, Blook was run by 1 or 2 persons. Now the same thing happens with Getembarked. Definitely not recommend. Now I even receive an e-mail from the State Secretary stating that some company reports are past due and I have no idea what to do with that, because Blook guys supposed to manage all reports and stuff...

I have registered a company with Blook last year. When I asked for renewal of registered agent services they have asked us to pay through the link provided. We done the payment and it went through well. I m yet to receive receipt for the same and no confirmation email.

Blook support never exist. It's very difficult to get an update from them. Don't fell scam for there service. Beware

I'm beginning to think this company is aa scam. I purchased a package on Saturday and reached out right away to ask a question. I heard back on chat from Julian right away, but then he ignored my response and all of my other attempts to contact him. I've reached out to support directly 3 times and have had no response. I've even gone in to the main chat from their website with a different email, on a different browser and I still cannot get someone to respond to me, even though I could see that the support chat messages were "read" by someone.

Answer is slow.

I think no employees in this Company, maybe one only who handle that.

If I could give them less I would, did they do what they were supposed to? Yeah, but after taking more than 3 months to finish my applications, every interaction is a nightmare. If mail gets sent to them, they dont check or follow up. Write a mail and wait days for answers, always a run around, ALWAYS! To have such disregard for clients in 2021 is SHOCKING!

I just started my company registration less than 24 hours ago, and they have already provided a Registered Agent and the address. Blook.io keeps communicating with me, something that I'm really loving. I will come back here to testify how effective they are!
