With only 3 hours to go and on a Saturday as well!! They delivered the most beautiful flowers to my daughter’s best friend! It was her 21st and she felt so special when they called her to reception.

I ordered flowers for my moms birthday from Australia.

It worked perfectly and the team did a wonderful job, the flowers were beautiful and in excellent condition.

They are a little pricey but supporting small businesses and getting good service makes it worth it.

I ordered a flower bouquet for my Aunt in South Africa for her birthday and I can honestly say it is absolutely stunning and it exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the lovely flowers and also an efficient delivery service. I would highly recommend using them. ❤️❤️.

The can do attitude 👍 yesterday I placed an order for delivery in Strandfontein Village but the system told me that they didn't deliver to the area on Saturday. I changed the delivery date to the Monday to enable the order to go through. Then I sent Yekini an email to share my experience and ask whether it was possible for her to arrange delivery on the Saturday in time for Eid. She immediately got back with a positive response. In addition she assured me that she had conveyed explicit instructions to the other florist to ensure that the bouquet was of the same high standard as the previous 5 sent. I have had the pleasure of communicating with Yekini on previous occasions and she definitely qualifies for absolute excellence in customer service 💝

I had a really wonderful experience with Bloomable. I was arranging a delivery from abroad, and the timing was very important because the location only opened at a specific hour. They were incredibly understanding and went out of their way to add notes and coordinate to make sure the flowers could be received properly.

Their communication was kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the whole process. Even though it’s a very busy period, they still took the time to help me, and that meant a lot, especially since I couldn’t be there in person myself.

Because of their help, everything worked out smoothly, and I’m truly grateful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a florist that genuinely cares about their customers.

I’ve used this flower delivery service a few times before without issue, but my recent experience was completely unacceptable. I placed an order over a week in advance for delivery on 13th Feb, a special Valentine’s occasion, and even contacted the business on the day to confirm that delivery would happen. I was reassured it would.
Nothing was delivered to my partner. When I followed up the next day, I was told the flowers were left with “security and the gate.” Plot twist: it’s a private house with no security, so clearly the delivery was made to the wrong place. I informed them of this mistake, and they claimed it had been “redelivered successfully.” This is not true.. my partner still did not receive anything.
This means I paid for Valentine’s roses that ended up with a complete stranger, and the business has ruined what should have been a special gift. To make matters worse, there’s no way to reorder or get a redelivery because the day is over.
Previous good experiences don’t make up for this level of incompetence. I cannot recommend this service after such a disappointing and careless experience.

They really try to get the flowers delivered fresh and on time, very impressed. Ordered for a friend who lives in Plett and I’m in the UK and they kept me in the loop all the way. The bouquet (celebration bouquet) was exactly to the standards depicted in the pictures, a beautiful soft and flowing look, very tasteful bouquet, not old fashioned and stiff or sparse. I ordered a double and it was a very generous size, it did not disappoint 🩷
My friend was very happy.
Would definitely use them again!

I am so beyond impressed with Bloomable.co.za! Every year, I order my Mom flowers for her birthday, and in recent years, I have used Bloomable for this very important service. My mom wasn't home, and instead of just leaving the flowers on her doorstep to wilt, they drove 30/40 minutes to where she was to meet her with the flowers. This is over and beyond. More than that, the flowers were every bit as beautiful in real life as they were online. This truly cements Bloomable as the one and only flower service that I will use from here on out. Bloomable, and affilate florists and delivery people - I truly appreciate and am grateful for your service! It means the world, thank you!

I ordered the flowers from overseas. There was prompt communication from the florist when order had been received and flowers had been delivered.
When I replied that I was yet to see any photos the florist sent me a couple of photos which made me happy that everything had gone smoothly and as expected.

I cannot praise their service highly enough. Difficulty getting payment through late’ish evening - from London - Bloomable sorted by return, amazingly prompt delivery too and I have seriously struggled with that in the past from every other provider!! Nicely arranged and no drama - cannot thank you enough. Will be recommending you to a lot of ex pats 👌

I wanted to send flowers to my daughter on her birthday. Since she is residing in Cape Town, I wanted to use local company rather than a big worldwide company.
I googled and Bloomable came up, well what can I say, they were amazing, great communication, flowers were gorgeous, no issues with delivery, fabulous range of flowers and you can also add other gifts such as candles, teddy's, chocolates.
I will definitely be using Bloomable again in the future and if could give 10 stars I would, amazing service.

Bloomable not only produces gorgeous arrangements everytime but their customer service is world class. Quick turnaround, accurate delivery and arrangements looks exactly as advertised. I am based overseas and regularly send flowers to my parents and they impress everytime.

I’ve never experienced service on this level. They went out of their way to ensure everything was in order and kept me updated on the way with calls. 12/10 Service. Then also the quality of the gifts are also amazing. My girlfriend loved the flowers. Guys they’re really that good and I’m definitely going to order again.
