This is a scam
This is a scam. I ordered shoes online and paid for them over a year ago and never received them! They are the worst!

Very unsatisfactory
Platform (a.k.a. Home&Bloom) reselling cheap Chinese items for a price of a boutique.
Ordered an item offered as 'Noah Down Vest'. Purchase was paid with Paypal, which seemingly gave more confidence in getting refund if things go wrong. I was supplied 3 days after with invalid tracking number. All my requests to the seller during 3 weeks all replies were "tracking number will appear in the system very soon"
Nothing happened, then I opened a case with Paypal. Soon after the case was opened and seller was notified they advised another tracking number, which was just picked up from China.
These guys smartly use Paypal's pitfall in T&C, stating one could only open one case per transaction. Seller intentionally deferred the shipment leading buyer to open a case of non sending the item. When case is opened, seller in fact ship the item, hoping buyer would close the case and thus loose any possibility to ask for refund when he receives wrong item. Very smart!
As I suspected the items is likely to be not as described, I escalated case to a claim with Paypal. Item I received was in wrong size and made 100% polyester instead of down filling.
Seller offered refund against sending the item to their address in California (ther is just p.o.. box, nothing the office). That costed me 30% of item's price. Despite i filmed the process of packing and shipping the items to prevent possible claim it is received not in original condition, I was unlucky this item was lost and last tracking record was my country of sending. Paypal rejected refund and closed the case. So I lost item cost, the item and extra shipping cost.
The worst! Dropshipping cheap Aliexpress deco for 10x the price. Terrible return policy. Shipping took forever and was very intransparent. My items didn’t leave the factory for 5 weeks then was lost, then arrived. 100% not like the pictures.
Be reminded, that everything on the website looks very nice in the pictures and like good quality and is quite pricy but what arrives… just order it on wish or Aliexpress. Really
Two stars because you could technically send it back and get a refund, but the company is shipping world wide and sending something to LA (package came from China) from Europe is like 20€ or more so it’s not really worth it and they know that
