I can’t believe you have had the audacity to to ask for a review but here goes…
After ordering my products I was given tracing information, 1 week passed.. nothing arrived, I contacted customer services, i was ignored, 2 weeks passed, still no package, still being ignored by customer services. After contacting customer services a lot of times, I was ignored every time. I have had to raise the issue with my bank.
So.. no, I don’t not recommend this company!

Quick and efficient delivery ,website easy to navigate and the whipped soaps are delightful i use them on a shower scrub a little goes a long way

I just love this product, you don’t need to use much and it lathers up brilliantly.
My favourite ones just now are alien, baby powder and dove, who am I kidding every one I have tried I have loved.

I have bought so many different smelling whips and each one smells beautiful. I have recommended these whips to everyone I know. At christmas I gave so many people a whips and they loved them as much as I do

Ever since ordering my first whipped soap back in December 2024 I have never used anything else! The smells are amazing and lasting too and they leave you feeling super soft! Couldn't recommend enough!

Hi. Love the whipped soaps. Have bought most scents. Husband loves Savage. I have given some to my friends to try and they love them too!

Wonderful smell, cost effective as only a tiny amount is required, love the feel of the soap and it’s a great price. My son and I are addicted. I’ve now started using them for birthday gifts.

I absolutely adore your products. I've had quite a few fragrances. Some I've given as gifts so don't actually know myself but their reviews have been positive. There was only the black cherry that I wasn't keen on. I think I've got about 10 myself. Have told family and friends about Bloom. Creamy foam and smell delicious 😋 🩷

Bought a 5 for £25 offer and only received 4. Have emailed since and been ignored. I would return for a refund but I'm not confident I'd get my money back. Based on my experience and similar from reviews it's all feeling very scammy. Avoid. There are other companies who offer similar products.

After reading all negative reviews recently, and no response to my emails, I was beginning to get concerned.
I understand that some companies might be under pressure, ect. But a social media post, or an email back to your customers explaining that there's a backlog or delays would have helped put everyone's mind at ease.

I Don't like their customers service, they are very annoying and not replying me at my email

Placed an order on the 5th February 26’
The order didn’t get dispatched until the 19th. But I didn’t actually receive the order till the 25th!!!
20 days to get an order is outrageous. I emailed their customer service on 4 separate occasions and still haven’t had one single reply.
Although I love their whipped soaps, waiting 20 days just to get a couple of soaps is appalling. They need to sort out their customers service.

I originally gave a review 3wks ago. I gave it a 1* as was convinced it was a scam. Why because customer service is absolutely abysmal they never replied to 4 emails & then eventually after waiting 5weeks my order arrived! Why am I posting another review because the whipped shower cream is astonishing, you don’t need to use much & leaves your skin smelling divine & is so soft & luxurious! Well done - eventually! Please try & get your customer service team into some sort of structure, if you’re experiencing trying to get orders out just let customers know instead of having no contact!

I have ordered the whipped mousse soap for the shower on the 4th February still waiting.
Have emailed twice and no response on where my order is.

I ordered 12 whipped soaps for £50. What a bargain. The smell and quality is absolutely brilliant. I will be back for more. Great gift idea.

⚠️Absolutely horrific company with ZERO customer service. Website looks great, really inviting, like a business run by people who care - nope! Avoid this company at all costs. Over 2 weeks from placing my order, didnt get dispatched, they ignored every email or attempt to contact them for an update. This order was a birthday gift for my mum, and daughter, which has no chance of arriving on time even if they do decide to send it! Still advertising on Facebook, but only respond to positive comments - I asked to cancel my order, again, ignored, then I get an email saying its been 'dispatched' tracking hasnt updated in 24 hours and the courier tracking still says they are 'expecting your parcel' i doubt it will ever make it to the courier - appalling appalling 'business' with zero customer care or support. Im Absolutely fuming, and almost £40 out of pocket!!! I strongly reccomend looking for another company to buy your whipped soap from - you wont recieve your goods if you order from here.

I have used this company before which is why I ordered from again. My 1st order back in August there were no problems at all, recieved my order 2 or 3 days later. This time I ordered on the 6th of Feb 2026 and I'm still waiting for my order. I have sent several messages via email, facebook and even commented on their posts, but I've had no reply to any of them. I have now started a dispute with my bank. I will not order from again.
