Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 160 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with charges they did not anticipate and unexpected subscription charges after initially paying a small fee for a report or quiz. Customers frequently reported issues with refunds, with many struggling to get their money back even after canceling. The pricing structure was often unclear, leading to surprise charges. Reviewers also found the website difficult to navigate, especially when trying to cancel subscriptions or find information. Some people mentioned that they never received the reports they paid for. The general sentiment is that the company's practices regarding payments and subscriptions are perceived as not transparent.

Scammers!

Disgusting, unsavoury practices to lure customers with simple & seemingly exciting tests. Charged money but no information ever been emailed! Scambags!

If I could rate a ZERO I would

If I could rate a ZERO I would. I paid for the report, never got it and then after a dozen plus emails to their support email (who replied using an automated message - there is NO human in the loop and I would answer their question just to get the same question sent back, they would say they are sending a PDF of the report I paid for and then send through a link that fails and fails over and over). I have determined this business is an ABJECT FAILURE of execution. Steer clear. It's unreal that they are good at the hard part - getting people to take their surveys with compelling marketing but are failing to execute on the simple delivery of a purchased report. And furthermore, failing to intercept frustrated customers through the use of a human who can easily resolve the problem.

Just piling onto the BEWARE warning

Just piling onto the BEWARE warning. I tried to get to a report after paying my $1 and couldn't get it done. My experience was a little different because I emailed them about the problem I was having and they responding by saying they had cancelled my account. The email for them is support at bloominto.co, but that gets you "Olivia" who admits to being AI when asked. I kept asking if any humans work at this company and it said there are humans and, always, it said tell me your problem. I kept telling it I didn't cancel and it kept ignoring that. Having read all of these reviews, I'm grateful that they cancelled it and I don't have any extra charges in my Paypal account.

Paid a dollar for a ALZ detection…

Paid a dollar for a ALZ detection quizz. Did not agree to any of the upsell items but was charged an additional $5.99 anyway.
These ads on Facebook seem to be coming from Lithuania. Stung 3 times as of late.
Additionally, Facebook directs ads to our feeds knowing what you are interested in. It is also very difficult or impossible to report anything on their platform. Be careful.

Bloominto is a total SCAM

Bloominto is a total SCAM. Offer a enneatype for $1.00 and then charge unauthorized $40.00 on credit card for "subscription". Had to email support to cancel subscription I never asked for. They said on PayPal that they issued Refund, but it has not been received nearly two weeks later and their support email is answered by a BOT. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I would give it zero stars if I could

I would give it zero stars if I could. I paid $1 for a report and did NOT agree to any on going subscription but was just charged $39.99. I will file a dispute with my credit card company but STAY AWAY! Firms like this with complete lack of transparency with their subscriptions really should not exist.

I originally spent $1 for a report

I originally spent $1 for a report. I saw that it was a 7day free trial that would then cost me after the 7 days. I made a note to close the account before that. It won’t let me cancel!!! I have complained numerous times and keep getting the same email back: here’s a link, here’s a verification code. Their verification codes NEVER work. I’m going to have to tell my credit card company not to allow any other charges. VERY FRUSTRATED!

Another one caught by these scammers

Another one caught by these scammers. DO NOT, REPEAR DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY. You will get spurious emails from other companies you've never heard of and they will take money from your account with a recurrent subscription that they slip through. I did not sign up and am fighting to get my money back. Absolute crooks.

Tried to cancel, still charged

Tried to cancel and have still been having money automatically withdrawn even though I have not received anything from them since November.

Update: still have been trying to cancel, but keep receiving "responses" from their bot, Olivia, which just sends me I'm a loop -telling me to email them at the same address, and getting the same response. I have filed a claim through PayPal, as I am still getting charged.

trouble cancelling but appears to be help from CS.

Update: heard from a cs rep Faye who did reverse the nearly $30 charge. I appreciate her help.

I believe their business practice of immediate and unsought subscriptions that put the burden on the customer to read the small print when not expecting a subscription should simply not be allowed.

They lost a customer for life with me. I do not approve of their practices with subscriptions.

1/29/26 ordered a political test as I was interested in the topic. I took and paid for the test, but I never received. Credit card issued a refund and will contact business. Then on 2-6-26 charged around $29.99 for a subscription I never ordered or authorized. So frustrating with endless loop and no customer service from humans. Appears to be canned or automatic responses that do not help. I have tried every suggestion to cancel. Can only appeal to my bank for help. Anyone found a way to cancel non authorized charges that works? I even have an email from psychologist "Anna" saying she is sorry to see me go, account will be credited and deleted. But I was charged after that date $29.95

Buyer beware!

So, I clicked on the one dollar intoductory report, then followed the invitaions to 'dive deeper' without seeing the carefully disguised sentence at the very bottom of the page that says, in tiny greyed-out typeface, that there is a $5.99 charge for each of the extra 'reports'. I only realised that I had been charged for four lots of $5.99 when i checked my PayPal account the following day. I immediately fired off an email to Bloominto requesting a refund and, very quickly, I had an automated reply from 'Olivia' saying they would see to my request within 48 hours. To their credit, and the reason I am giving this 2 stars rather than just one, they did refund all my money the same day bar the initial $1.
It's a shame because the reports made interesting reading and I might have been tempted to subscribe for more if they were more open about their charging. As it was I felt I was being duped and needed to back out of any further transactions asap.
So, buyer beware! I should know by now not to trust anything that is being sold on Facebook without reading Trustpilot reviews first!

I found this organization on Facebook…

I found this organization on Facebook and thought I was only spending $1 for an Enneagram test. I know my “type” and wanted to see if their test matched my own personal knowledge of my particular type. I did not willingly sign up for a “program” costing $39.00 a month for who knows how long. So far I have been charged twice through PayPal. I just contacted them to see if they will cancel.

This company does not clarify what you are “signing up” for. Do not do business with them!

I have never subscribed to something…

I have never subscribed to something without realising I have. Decades online and this “company has somehow managed to deduct an overpriced amount from my provided finance option. They say it will be only to confirm and initially it was $1. Today they deducted more than that! Be careful!

I don't think this company is…

I don't think this company is legitimate. I look for the following when analyzing a web-based company:

1. does it have a physical street address?
2. does it list a phone number?
3. does it list several departments, each with its own telephone number?
3. is it domiciled in China?
4. is it a subscription-based service?
5. does it have a customer service department? If so, does it have a phone number?

Buyer beware. You pay a small fee for a simplistic report and then are charged 39.99 for a monthly subscription you didn't sign up for.
