I agree with the reviewers who say this is a scam. If however you've been persuaded to part with the 1.99 and then find you signed up to a regular payment, it is actually quite easy to cancel. I emai... See more

Watch out - This is a scam

This is a scam. I paid $1.99USD for a one off online assessment. And suddenly found I was being charged $39.99USD weekly for some kind of subscription that I did not want nor had I signed up for it.
I contacted customer service who simply replied to my email that no refund was available. I asked again and got the same reply. No explanation or concern. This is a scam website.

If I could give him ZERO stars I would

If I could give him ZERO stars I would. This is nothing but a scam. I agreed to a $1.99 test and they charged me and additional $5.99 the same day. Then this morning they charged me $39.99 for a subscription I never signed up for. I've spent countless hours talking to their "support team" trying to cancel a subscription I never agreed to. Only to be told to go to the website, click on a link and I'll get a verification code and will be able to cancel my subscription. I've done that probably 25 times and have NEVER received the code. Such scammers..............run fast and run far away from these scammers.

Bloominto.co IS A SCAM!!!!!

I paid 1.99 for the results. They automatically signed me up for the subscription of $39.99, which by the way, you had no idea about and were being billed. I addressed it with PayPal and opened a case that was closed, and they favoured the scammer. I am so upset and mad as they scam neurodivergent people such as myself. THIS IS A SCAM. There is no way to contact them or get a real answer or anyone who can help you. There is no way to unsubscribe from them either.

Scam taking advantage of autistic people

I paid 1.99 for autism quiz results and then a week later was charged 39.99 for a subscription that I never signed up for. They refuse to provide a refund because it's "not in their policy" that I never agreed to. Total scam.

AI-Powered Scam

Paid $1.99 for an "autism assessment" - and resulting report only mentioned my communication style and social preferences. "Money back guarantee" noted on their website, but no place on website to cancel or manage subscription or anything of the kind. Noticed the $39.99 monthly fee in tiny gray writing on one page, and it was written out as thirty nine dollars and ninety nine cents monthly so almost completely unnoticeable. Tried to locate a contact/support/help page or a way to access my "subscription" once the $39.99 was charged, only to be charged an additional $5.99 with no window or message for me to confirm the charge. Finally found a support email buried in the wordy email, but it is different than the support email on my paypal transaction so emailed both. Received a reply from a "personal coach" asking for the email address associated with my account, so I replied that it was the email address she used to contact me. Replied again almost immediately asking for my email address again. Then I got two emails with a link to a cancellation portal, where I had to input my email address and wait for a verification code. Received code, entered it, had to click through about 8 pages of "are you sure" junk before I got to what I assume is the final one. Clicked to confirm my cancellation and got an error message that the code was expired. Tried again and did not receive any new codes. In the initial email, the "psychologist and personal coach" is clearly an AI generated picture of a female. The "autism assessment" has nothing to do with autism at all. This company operates deceptive advertising practices that preys on the neurodivergent. It also practices scammy and fraudulent billing and cancellation policies, with zero way to contact an actual human being because every interaction seems to just be an autoreply by a bot. Disputing every charge with my bank and PayPal to recover my funds and will report them to the FTC for fraudulent business practices.

Ugh!

Ugh. So frustrated, prying on Neurodivergent people. I paid 1.99 for assessment results and a plan, then hit what I thought was a next button for more details, and got charged 5.99 a pop for 6 "deeper insights" without over payment confirmation or agreement. I'm waiting to here if there's a refund.
