Never arrived

Never arrived. I ordered at Christmas and have emailed and commented on Instagram but had no response. I have a Royal Mail tracking number which shows them still waiting for the order to arrive at them. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered the buy 3 get 1 free shower…

Ordered the buy 3 get 1 free shower whip offer. Arrived quick, were fine, 1 was all split and looked horrible. Messaged customer service, she said she wasn’t in the office and would arrange to get another sent out. Nothing arrived. Now 5 ignored messages over 2 months. Product is okay but nothing to rave about. Over priced and poor customer service.wouldn’t recommend or order again.

Deleted and blocked from social media

Ordered 2 weeks ago had email saying dispatched but royal mail never received the items. IV emailed sent messages on Facebook even commented on their posts only to have my comments removed and to be blocked. Can't comment on the product as it's my first time ordering and have not received them 😡

Absolutely avoid

Absolutely avoid.

Products are nothing like the photos. Arrived a mess! No reply, block you from social media , and ignore emails.

Contact your bank for a via dispute refund!

Unfortunately I haven’t seen the…

Unfortunately I haven’t seen the products as yet - I had ordered and didn’t realise had another address for delivery - so tried straight away to contact company - several emails , messages and also tried to phone - but phone box full / or number non existent- and no reply to email or messages - very bad customer service - have to wait to see the products so will leave another review when I do - but will not use again or recommend

Never replaced damaged items altho promised they would !!!

Sent 4 Shower Whips 2 were damaged, they promised to send replacements over 3 weeks ago nothing received and no refund given, they are now not responding to any messages and deleting my comments on facebook. So I am now out of pocket as these were gifts. I have all the transcript between us screenshot and will show their promises that they did not uphold, avoid this company

Would leave minus stars if I could, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SCAM
half filled tubs of whipped soap that arrive looking like they’ve been thrown around.

Customer service is hiding.

I was/am a big fan of the products and ordered since the beginning on a regulary basis.
Unfortunately I am waiting since 26th of May of my order and did not reach anyone from the customer service.
I have tried email, instagram, phone calls and everywhere: No availability.
Can I just get any information about the staatus or at least - get the money back?

I didn’t receive my order

I didn’t receive my order. At first they told me that the order was delayed for 2-3 days.
When I mailed them that I still didn’t received any of the items I ordered, they didn’t answer at all. I can’t find a phone number on their site also.

In search for the perfect routine

I've decided to try some of these new products based on the brand and product presentation that I really like - they look great all together on my shelf ❤️

And I have to say I've found some great serums (I've already tried several of them as I am searching for the one that works for me the best) that combine perfectly with my current skincare routine.

On the other hand, I've found a lack of hydration on my skin while using the hydration cream, so I need to figure out the best combination of products for my skin yet in order to see the best results.

Porcelain skin!!

I have extremely complicated skin (rosacea) . I have tried the serum Squalan + Sanddorn and the calm cream for a few days, and it has worked very well for me. Now my skin is calm, without pores and the rosacea has disappeared, the treatment and the help that I have received from the team are the best.They answered all my questions and helped me choose the right treatment. Thanks a lot!!

Natural and efficient cosmetics

I’ve been using Bloom Organics for about a week and already feel the difference. Skin is moisturized and glowing, and this effect lasts. I have two creams, serum, clay cleanser and a clay mask. Love them all. Natural scents ensure me that I am applying organic cosmetics on my face. Will definitely continue with this brand. Happy I discovered it.
