I am ordering flowers from United Kingdom to deliver to Chinese and Tamil friends in or around KL. Although I never see what has been delivered the recipients always seem happy with what they receive. But I feel the current rating is too low. They have always delivered on the day instructed although because I am elderly I find the ordering to be a little confusing. I am using them again today

Very disappointing
The staff are liars who will not deliver your product and last minute says sorry and refund in 2 weeks time

After i placed the order and address updated,I made payment only to realized the same item I order in Sept 23 and yesterday Oct 17 , then the system auto went to the previous address, I reached out to CS in KL , but they never help at all or even inform Pg Operations, when I found out it went to the previous address, i called but no one answer and whatsapp the CS was so unprofessional. Not helpful at all.

I have ordered a Funeral Flower Stand yesterday, those flowers are beautiful! Unfortunately, the words on the sympathy card were too small, even smaller than their store name. They explained that it was a computer program that couldn't enlarge the font. I hope they can fix this problem as soon as possible! The flower baskets were placed in the hall, and the words on the card couldn't be seen at all.

If negative is an option to rate. Turns gift to garbage. Can forget the after sales support. Once paid you can forget about changing details or anything. Email, phone number and WhatsApp contact is a scam. Do not expect reply or even getting in touch with them.

very poor service. the gift was delivered only the next day without even a single word of apology. for a company that claims to be about “creating happiness,” this experience did the opposite — it created disappointment and sadness. there are plenty of other gift-giving companies to choose from, so avoid buying here if you don’t want to disappoint your loved ones. what’s the point of sending a gift after the important day has already passed? it completely loses its meaning and purpose.

Extremely disappointed with BloomThis. Ordered a bouquet hamper for my heavily pregnant friend, and they delivered it WITHOUT FLOWERS—just a cake and a plushie. How can a floral shop send a gift set with no flowers? Absolutely unbelievable.

Even after admitting their mistake, they refused to deliver the missing flowers, offering only a refund or gift card. Because of this, I missed celebrating one of the most important days with my best friend.

Think twice before ordering here. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to make it right. If you care about your gifts arriving as promised, avoid BloomThis.

Customers deserve far better than this—don’t let this happen to you.

I have used this service multiple times but NO MORE. They are utterly hopeless and let you down at critical moments. They cannot remember regular shipment addresses - which is pathetic for this type of service. They could not remember shipping addresses, billing addresses, payment details, etc. They prevented me from submitting an order for my 2 year anniversary. AVOID, AVOID.. utterly useless.

Very bad and low quality service. Once you paid that's it. They gone. Nobody will answer your phone or WhatsApp. Great scammers with professional style website.
