I would absolutely not advise you to purchase a dress from their website. I'm not sure about the physical store, but online, their website lists dresses that they do not actually have in stock. They allow you to go through the entire order process without letting you know. When I ordered a dress for my party, I received an order confirmation and was told my dress would ship in 3-5 business days. There was no other correspondence. After a week and a half with no update, I had to call every day just to get any information on shipping, to which nobody picked up or messaged me back. After a week of calling, I was finally told that the dress I ordered was not in stock. I was told I could order another dress and they guaranteed that it would arrive on time for my event. I ordered another dress, because I had no other choice at that point, and the second dress did not come on time either...I will never order from them again.

If I could give a negative star I would.
I ordered a wedding dress that arrived filthy, dirty, and smelled like trash. I understand it was a sample sell dress but sample sell does not mean dirty merchandise sell. I called spoke to a lady who said she would call me back. She didn't. I emailed. No one emailed me back. So I paid UPS shipping to send it back. Instead of apologizing and fully refunding me, this place charges me a shipping fee and restocking fee. The audacity. I paid for my own shipping and a restocking fee is a joke. Why would I pay for them to restock a dirty dress. I have filed complaints with the BBB and FTC. And it won't stop there because we as consumers have rights.
Instead of doing the right thing, they decided to be crooks. I should be focusing on my wedding.
Brides stay away, this bridal store doesn't care crap about your experience or special day.

Lovely customer service. Made my daughter very welcome to try on any dress and take her time deciding. Highly Recommend
