My son received a $100 gift card from his grandparents this past Thanksgiving, and he was so excited to use it. He spent around $90 on fruits and game passes from the website bloxfruits.club. However, when he tried to claim these items, the staff quickly responded saying they were out of stock—fair enough, considering it was Thanksgiving week. But when he tried again three days later, the same response came. A week later, the situation hadn't changed, and the same message was sent. We asked for a refund and it was denied by them since supposedly by purchasing we agreed to their "No Refund Policy". What policy? Is this just a excuse to take our money?

It has now been TWO MONTHS, and we’re still being told the same thing, with absolutely no progress or any refund. To make matters worse, the staff has completely shut off communication with us, leaving us in the dark. It's incredibly frustrating, especially knowing that we can't file a chargeback due to it being a Visa gift card purchase.

I advise against buying from this website unless you want to risk getting scammed out of your hard earned money.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: I’ve reached out multiple times regarding my son’s unfulfilled order, and I am still awaiting a resolution. I the website appears to be taken down, which seems to be due to Shopify taking it offline, possibly for violations or disputes. After taking a look at the Discord, it seems the staff, including the owner, are underaged, which is quite concerning about the legitimacy of the business. I kindly request an immediate refund for the order, as I have contacted you over 20 times without a response. Resolve this promptly.

My son bought this for Roblox, spent $60, and it never showed up in his game. Roblox said they can't refund us but the creator of Blox Fruits could. They have zero customer service and it's like pulling teeth trying to find the info of who to contact. I don't have discord to contact them, but there should be an email or phone number to contact. Total bullshit. I've now seen tons of reviews online saying the same thing. It's a scam. 0 out of 5 stars, do not recommend.

Its been 18 days since i orderd a perm portal guess what i didnt get it this is some soft of Scam that they are doing here hiding behind Little Kids as admins and Customer Support is all u will get the Manager named yake is the who should deliver your Order but he is to bussy maligne fake lottery or playing Valorant:)

Placed my order and paid on the 20th of October for Blox Fruit (digital in game item) and I am still waiting. Only getting the run around from underage Discord moderators and admin who act as a shield for the scammer boss who keeps evading questions about deliver. Just avoid this so called service at all costs.

I got decline my order and i lost money snd they just randomly close my ticket for no reason and didnt give me a refund even tho is wasnt online and i apparently got hacked by some random russian dude

They are doing a giveaway for lots of robux and you have to leave a good review for a chance to win they are lying to you don’t buy from them
