Used to be my favourite jewellery store and I have several of their pieces, but after my (very expensive) engagement ring lost three stones on three separate occasions in less than 3 years, I am no longer buying their products. They always offer to repair it (at my expense) and the last time they recommended that the ring be rebuilt at a cost of over $700 (also to me). Note: I don't do anything extreme while wearing my ring but they consider wearing your jewellery to bed, while exercising or anything that I would consider normal activities as "catastrophic usage" that is not covered under warrantee. So - pretty pieces if you're willing to wear them for an occasion and immediately take them off, but ultimately too delicate for regular, everyday wear.

Favourite jewelry store. They have amazing pieces and excellent customer service. There delicate designs and the stories behind them make the pieces so special to me. I never take them off and they still all look new. I got the legacy ring with a special personal engraving and the customer service team sent me a note with my order and was so kind about how meaningful it was to me. Definitely recommend and the only place I plan to get my jewelry from.
