Website seems trustworthy enough and has good deals on products. Mine still says "During accomplishment China mainland" so I'm really hoping to receive it soon.

Almost forgot to put this review, but it's definitely worth it. It's 6 months since I'm using my honor magic V bought there and have not issues at all. It charges fast, both screens are good and it works exactly as when I opened it. High quality product.

Great, great experience. Next to me is lying newest vivo x phone all original and brand new. Definitely good expierice here. I waited just as I’ve been informed, so I was prepared it’ll not be 1 or 2 weeks. Now I can finally stop using my iPhone and go for 7 inch vivo phone. Good job!

They cannot keep their order delivery and processing times,

Their reply means nothing considering the estimated delivery was the 3rd of October the latest plus the 10-15 days for Goobal rom installation means I should have had it by the 18th which I did not,
In fact the product was sent on the 19th which is a week after I requested the order to be cancelled.

They purposely delay refunds and the customer service is slow.

Global rom installation takes far longer than any phone tech would imagine, we are talking 3 weeks and still not ready,

I have cancelled my order due to their website showing order still processed, week later they are still refusing to refund me coming with the excuse that the phone might, MIGHT be on its way they are not sure themselves if their website is right or wrong…

Considering how they are dealing with the situation there are no guarantees that a refund will be made even if I eventually receive a product of any sort and return it to them…

Doesn't matter how rare and exclusive some products are doing business with them is nothing but a big big hassle….

Would definitely not recommend this exercise to anyone…

So, here is my (still ongoing) story with Bludiode. I ordered a Mix Fold 2 on the 18th of September. At least 10 e mails further and 30 days wasted there still is no tracking nr. I bankwired the money and I chose DHL Express for the fastest way of getting the device at my place. It all makes no sense because the device will at least be 1.5 or 2 months delayed whatever you do.

They give an estimate when you choose between regular delivery and express. My estimate was 26th of september / 10th of October.

At the 10th e mail the customer service replies (yesterday) that there is a global rom available, BUT it will cost 10 to 15 EXTRA days... Are they serious??

So this is where I draw the line. After 29 days apparently still nothing has been sent to me. I want to cancel my order. I already asked them this before in our mail conversation but not really a solid reply.

To be honest, this site will deliver, I am sure they will. And the customer service is always replying within 24hours. And I asked them to give me back my dhl express costs and they did. So not all is bad or wrong. It's just taking way to long to get the order from the date placing. Never had this much delay at any of the other wel known sites from China.

If you got all the time in the world you can easily order here.

If you want your device asap , i will not recommend this firm. The estimate they show on the site is far from reality, i really wonder why there is such an delay in delivering the order. Have been reading it many times before here. Takes to long. Why aren't they changing their game so they are able to maybe charge a bit more , but deliver on time. And have an estimate wich can be real and not just some dates somewhere in the future.

I will update when there is something new , like giving back my money and cancel my order. Would realy love to see that happen.

UPDATE :
Bludiode requested a refund yesterday , but the item was sent today (19-10) ,coincidence ? Or blindspot ? I don't know. Well , how long this is going to take is the big question. I see the tracking nr now, but no info is available (yet).

Lets hope it will arrive this week at last.

Still the tracking nr has the same info. The ticket has been made , but still not picked up by transport...bla bla
I asked Bludiode what's going on and was told that customs have to check paper work before package is leaving country (China).
Long story "short", still zero progress from 18-09-2022!! , will it arrive this year ?? Will that be possible ? I really don't know it's been more than 5 weeks now. Ridicolous if you ask me. Never did it take this long for a package from China to arrive. Not from Alibaba,Tradingshenzhen or Giztop. Al within 2 to max 4 weeks. i got a felling this looks more and more like 8 weeks/2 months.

When you are waiting for a phone cause yours is broken this is annoying as fck. Really not necessary, takes way to long. Phone has even become cheaper in prive over all this time. That's how long this takes. Unbelievable.

UPDATE NR 3 :

Today 25-10 I received a text message , wich asked me to pay up the tax / import costs of the device , total was EUR 59 or so.
Apperently the phone is still in China and we have to pay this up front as well ?
Well I payed it up asap and now we wait ... AGAIN...
So for those who are looking to import a device to the Netherlands , be aware that this VAT issue may occure and you have to pay up front AND it probably takes about 6 weeks / 2 months to get your device , just as a warning.

UPDATE NR 4

The device has been delivered last thursday. Once it leaves China it goes very fast!

So my conclusion is , this is NO scam. It is truly a legit webshop. BUT it takes time. So for those who are willing to try and save a little money on a brand new device from china. You can order on Bludiode.com , I had to pay like 60 euro's on import fees. That's all. In the end of the story the device is not that much cheaper than the competitors. The time for it to arrive is I think a great difference with the competitors.

Make up your own mind what you think is important. I think I will order again , if I'm not in a hurry. Because it takes a lot of time. When I want it asap I think I won't br ordering here. That's my final conclusion.

Waited from 29.8. till today for my order to arrive. After being stuck in China mainland for like 4 weeks it arrived today with DHL, had to pay 60€ import tax (which is okay considering the phone I ordered is around 1550€). Problem is, it is the wrong phone that arrived. I have ordered the Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 and what I got is the Xiaomi 12S Ultra. (600€ difference in price)

With such a long delivery time, horrendously slow customer service AND the wrong item being delivered I would definitely not recommend it.

Can't complaint. I received factory sealed phone in great price. Worth waiting.

I ordered a phone on this website 5th September. It was written as estimated date of delivery is 15th September- 6th of October but at this date was information in my account like a phone still in China.
I made a request to them, they ignored me 2 days until I wrote a bad review here.
And they asked me to wait 7 days more...I expected to receive my phone no later than October 6, after waiting for it for a whole month
And 3 days ago I got an invoice from DHL to pay tax 83 euro!!
But it was written no tax, when I ordered this phone...people be careful with this company, it is total lies....
Terrible service, I want my money back!

I will change my review if I get my order as I ordered...without any new surprises as more waiting or extra pay. But right now I see just horrible service...

Total Scam, no refund for the wrong product!!!
I ordered a 12G RAM phone, but the one I received is 8G RAM. Arranged collection, the collection they arranged took over 10 days, but still unable to deliver, so I paid for a DHL delivery myself. Delivered next day(13th), they replied that a refund will be issued quickly, while no refund after 8days of delivery, after my continuous email chase, now they told me the delivered phone is not received and they even ask me to open a claim at DHL??? Guys stay away otherwise you'll be like me, I lost 500pounds and I learned my lesson. Hope you can avoid it.
P.S. The official response below is pretending to be stupid, he knows Liverpool is just a service area and no problem with delivery.

It took about a month to process my item (Oppo Find N), I think they wait until they have a quota of orders for a specific device before they make a bulk order, which will obviously work out cheaper for them. Nothing alarming here as they do state how long it takes to prepare an order on their website.

I think the worst part of my experience was the delivery which was done via DHL which has to be one of the worst delivery companies on the planet. This is mostly why I remove a star from this review.

I stayed in all day waiting for my delivery, but it was just marked as me not being home, which was a blatant lie, nobody even tried to make the delivery.
I then had to choose another location to make the delivery (some nearby lockers run by DHL).

Later that day the delivery was marked as having been delivered, but this was not accurate. I had to call DHL up at a cost to me (over GBP20) to find out that the delivery now had a new consignment number and had gone back to the depot. It was meant to be delivered the following day, which did not happen. For some reason they just skipped delivery.

While this was happening Bludiode also emailed me saying there might be taxes to pay due to my item not being delivered. The lack of clarity from DHL is what made the whole process really frustrating.

I'd ask Bludiode to try and use a different carrier because DHL is truly atrocious.

Otherwise the item arrived in pristine condition, well packaged, the phone is fantastic, working fine with 5G in the UK and preloaded with Google Play for those that may be worried about importing a Chinese phone.

Bludiode isn't a SCAM first off. The phone was securely packaged, and it did come a day earlier than expected once it arrived here in the states. It may have taken some time between the day I placed my order, and when I got it, but overall I'm very pleased with the phone, and the price I paid for it was very reasonable. I'd consider ordering another product from this site in the future

This is good store. Prices are uncomparable. You want longer, but you pay MUCH LESS. It's worth waiting.

Package didn't arrived to me as fast I'd like to, but in within dates indicated by store. It was packed well, and was containing my Vivo X80 Pro phone, wchich is lacking global rom, but it's not an issue for me, as installation of google took me no more than 5 minutes. Phone is working perfectly, and it's my 2nd purchase here.

Great store, great prices. I ordered phone from local warehouse, and phone was at my place in 7 days! Brand new, over £200 cheaper than ones available locally. It was a good deal!

- No updates on proces or delivery times
- CDRom proces took forever; almost a month
- Sent wrong phone!!!!This phone was cheaper in my country
- Return proces nightmare - so I am stuck with a phone does not meet my requirements

Good store, great prices and quite fast delivery (like for phone sent from China). I'll be coming back here
