I ordered Xiaomi 13 Ultra, this is my first purchase experience on this site, I received the goods in almost 3 months. Top notch customer service, all my questions were answered during the entire wait. The phone is wonderful! I recommend this site to everyone!!!

the phone came after a month of ordering it its really good however its the Chinese version so check before you buy it

I ordered a Apple Watch in Feb. Due to a very long backlog Bludidoe offered me to cancel the order and give me a refund. I am waiting till Mai for the refund. They say it takes them 3-4- weeks to process the refund but nothing happens. I already asked 4-5 times, the answer is always the same

I placed an order on 09/05/23. The store's website states that the delivery time is 15-25 business days, but until today I have not received my order. During this period, the price of the goods ordered by me has already decreased significantly. So I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from the Bludiode.com store, and I myself am not going to anymore.

Hello, we are not the one who charged your card, therefore, we can't cancel the transaction as the company who was responsible for charge, dissolved agreement with us (HiPay). For refund you need to contact your bank and open chargeback procedure for undelivered product. This is only way to get your money back.

Chargeback is your right as Visa/Mastercard/Maestro card owner, and it's provided by card producer, not bank itself. Therefore please contact your bank and as reason of chargeback please provide "order not received" to get your money back

I was waiting for the phone 3 months and and after 6 months of using it stopped charging, when I was using original adapter and cable all the time, so I've replaced charging port to another one

Ordered a phone where they said it will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days, few days after they emailed saying it will take 6 to 8 weeks, I then asked them to cancel the order and refund my money, after waiting for over 2 month, they told me to contact my bank as they can't issue the refund.
A nightmare

I Decided to Upgrade My Smartphone and Purchased a New One from Bludiode UK on the 15/06/2023.

At the Checkout I was told I would Receive my Order Between 25/05/2023 and 15/06/2023...But... THE ORDER NEVER ARRIVED.

I Sent 6 Emails to Bludiode Requesting a Tracking Number, As well as Asking: "Why have I Not Received my Order ?"... THEY REPEATEDLY DID NOT ANSWER MY EMAILS AND QUESTIONS.

At the Present Time...
I STILL HAVE NO ORDER... NOR THE £1,176.28 I PAID FOR IT ! .

I Would Strongly Advise from my Own Personal Experience, and the Experience of Many Others Who have Reviewed this Unprofessional and Disrespectful 'So Called' Business on Trustpilot, Not to Make the Same Mistake as Us and Purchase Your Brand New Smartphone from a Professional Retailer that Respects and Values their Customers.

I ordered a phone, had several questions about the progress of my order, upon which I cancelled the order and asked for a refund because the delivery time was expected to be very long. They accepted my refund request and as promised, the refund arrived in about 10 work days. They always responded and there was not an issue other than the very long delivery time.

Great phone at a great price, yes, I had some delays and variant issues, sent about 5 emails and all responded to within 2 working days looking for logical solutions.
I got a oppo x5 pro for less than €650 and because a Chinese version I had a "full hour" to spend deleting apps and installing google service, now perfect and because it's not EU version it has a much cleaner back without CE certification printing
This is not your local shop sending in 4 days but is over 20% cheaper, temper your expectations if using a discount site

Avoid. Order placed on 5/3/23, the original phone ordered never arrived or was dispatched and no physical refund received. A request for a refund was quoting up to 20 days and delays were cited way after this had elapsed and to date. Dispatch timeframe promises were not fulfilled. You cannot trust the replies to your queries, even though you always receive a reply.

However, in the end I requested a substitute alternative phone from them that was in stock in my Country and this arrived in the form of a 'return' from another customer a week later on 13/6/23.

I am relieved to have at least received something for my money and I have been promised the difference in cost as a refund, which I am still waiting for.

My experience on this website is very bad. When i read review on website i think i can handle with one or two weeks delate for order but i haven't read they policy. They can have 30 working days delate. If you want wait 4 months for your order go and buy but i think waist the time.

They are very slow to ship and process returns. Often difficult to get a response from. The phones sold on this website are all Chinese build without Google services. I returned my phone within 7 days and lost $80 (10%) after they deducted shipping and bank card fees. AVOID this company!

Definitely a good site. I ordered Honor Magic phone for a present in February and I was not disappointed with it. Bludiode takes little time to deliver the product, but I don’t have any doubts about it’s quality. They offer 2 years warranty for it, while most of the stores gives 1 year only. It’s a difference that convinced me, as I don’t believe electronics are irresistible for problems. Better have this extra protection than cry after.

I could tell im almost fully satisfied, except tax little higher than expected. They warned before it could appear tax, but I was just counting little less. Overall it was good purchase, as even with tax I paid almost 150EUR less than in Spain for just same product and it's exact same tablet as they sell here. So it was good deal.

I didn't finished to fully set up my phone yet, but it was good purchase. I didn't found dual sim iphones in italy besides this store, and so far it works as expected

I received free upgrade of memory in my smartphone! Great deal, and I appreciate fight for life programme

I bought a Xiaomi 13 on the 9th of February and today (6th of April) I have neither mobile nor my money back. It's a scam! Don't buy from Bludiode!

I cant say nothing about devices because i didnt get mine. Maybe i wasnt patience enough ( i wait more than month). One month of waiting wasnt long enough to send parcel by them. I wait long time for refund- requested in 17.03 and get today. Cant say that it is scam because i get back my money (correct amount). Support all the time answer for questions but doing this little slowly (average response time 40 hours). Not satisfy but not scam!
