Assad was a fantastic driver
Assad was a fantastic driver. The communication from him to us was top notch. He met us at the arrivals gate in Heathrow and was a super guide from there to the hotel. His Mercedes S class was clean and the Evian water was a lovely touch. After a 10 hour flight we were parched. Assad provided great tips about the neighbourhood and was a very charming and professional person. We would highly recommend Blue Airport Transfers.

I received wonderful service
I received wonderful service. Was extremely easy to book from
Australia and communication was great which I needed as I got moved flights by airline causing many changes and Blue Airport Transfer responded quickly and put my mind at ease that I will be collected. I was also contacted when arrived at airport on what’s app. The lovely driver was easy to spot and the car I got I felt like a movie star it was luxurious, clean, tidy and beautiful. The driver was also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely use again. Quality service especially after a long flight.

Ride from Heathrow air port to Cruse line
we book our ride for 4 passengers, 2 checked in bags and 4 carry on bags in an Estate car.
we got the quote, we paid. all well
when we arrive at Heathrow air port, we found the driver, and when we got to the car...... we were so disappointed because the car was small salon car. the driver contacted the customer service with no proper help... we are running behind on time, so we squeezed our self in the car with luggage on our lab, very uncomfortable ride...
I contacted customer service, they were not helpful..
i asked to speak with manager, they told me he is not available, he will contact me tomorrow or on Monday. but this never happened... no contact no calls.
IN CONCLUSION OUR EXPERIANCE WITH THIS COMPANY IS VERRY POOR I WILL NOT RECOMANDE THEM AT ALL....
