Don't trust them, no ethics, worst customer service ever!

Don't trust their guarantee, they will not honor it. And they will blatantly ignore and assert the opposite of what your emails/photos demonstrate. Timeline:
12 Jan 2026: Emailed to advise that unfortunately the gummies delivered to me on 23 Dec 2025 were causing me gastrointestinal discomfort and could I return my 4 unopened bottles for a refund as per the guarantee on their website (Order 6238).
15 Jan 2026: Reply from Geona asking my why I wanted to return the product (clearly my original email had not been read very well) as well as requesting a photo of the bottles.
15 Jan 2026: I sent a reply referring Geona to my original email and attaching a photo clearly showing the unopened bottles still packaged in their boxes and plastic.
26/01/2026: I sent an email to follow up as I had heard nothing.
29 Jan 2026: Reply from Geona stating that are after "careful review" they are unable to issue a refund to me because of their policy that opened or used products can't be refunded. Again, clearly my email and photo hadn't reviewed at all as the photo clearly showed completely unopened sealed products!
29 Jan 2026: I replied with yet another photo of the completely packaged products clearly showing the plastic on the outside of the box was still sealed.
8 Feb 2026: I followed up on my email as I had heard nothing.
Today (17 Feb 2026): Still have heard nothing. Certainly, no company with a genuine product would behave this way. Do not trust them.
