awful company

This company have no respect for their disabled customers. Basically,it is virtually impossible to speak to anyone about any problems. They say they will phone you back - they try and then do not leave a message.

waiting for ombudsmen to look at case.

just want people to know how awful this company is.

Disabled people - avoid Blue Badge Insurance

Disabled people - look at my last re4view - look at Blue Badge Insurance response! They cannot even give a relevant correct response - The reply quoted their policy about tyre repairs. I had 3 repairs in my claim and not one repair was refunded. Only one of the repairs was for a puncture,

I can see we wrote out to you on 16th Dec to clarify both punctures (you had no puncture cover) and also the faulty electrical element not being covered as the cover is for electrical repairs caused by a one off event. Be very carefulUsing blue badge

Blue badge should be ashamed to call yourselves disability advocates
My husband insuranced his new van with them a van he can take me out in our pride and joy
It got hail damage in a storm as our pride and joy we were saddened by the dints and decided to just make them aware of the cosmetic damage it took a few weeks to actually have the van looked at which we did Monday yet today 2 days later the day I went and looked at my very first motorized chair that can fit in van we received a email when we got home that they rode our van off and now deregistered it we are distraught how is this possible where is the communication saying what they decided and if we wish to continue with claim
we would never have gone through with claim if it meant we would loose our beloved van
Now what are we meant to
Do we can’t replace the
Van. A van that is 4 yrs old mechanically and except dints in perfect condition
In a world where waste is so scrutinized and you allow for such needless disposal
They have destroyed what little life I had I want to know how this is handling os going to be dealt with
We rang and they couldn’t care less said it was there policy obviously not to help customers

What a disgraceful company others should be very careful
They say they are disability advocates they are a wolf in sheep clothing
Beware!

We are Blue Badge Mobility Insurance in the UK and we dont cover Australia and we dont insure vans or cars. I can see there is a BlueBadgeInsurance.com/au so perhaps this review is meant for them?

You will never win

The insurances claim assessment was done with no compassion and no understanding. It could have been carried out by AI . And if that’s the way we are going then I will not bother insuring anything ever again. AI and cleverly worded documents will win every time if used for the sole purpose of making money.well done

Don’t do an online quote with this…

Don’t do an online quote with this company. I did one and they sent the quote to my email address and in the body of the email they included ALL my personal info and address, tel etc. How dare they do that. They should have just included a link to go back to their website to view the quote securely. If my email was compromised intercepted hacked, they just gave the hackers all my personal info. Data breech on the off set l believe! Appalling! And they deserve zero stars but the system here does not allow that.

Online insurance purchase…

I bought and paid for my insurance online and it has all worked perfectly! I took the added option of Breakdown and wheel cover too !
Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 that if I need them it’s a positive experience! Unlike others!
I will update if I need to use the policy!

Having taken out an insurance with this company

Having taken out an
insurance policity with this company i had a problem
i took out an insurance for break down etc so i contacted them about my battery and was told that kit was not covered also no mechanical insurance at all but thats why i took it out
this was their reply This policy does not cover any mechanical or electrical failures, so battery faults would not be covered.
why when i took out insurance foe breakdown etc is this not Mechanical

Think twice about this insurance company

I thought they were alright until I put in a second claim for a broken mobility scooter. They seem to have become the Davis Group as you never get to speak to anyone from the blue badge mobility company. I’ve written a separate review about Blue Badge and it’s worth reading my review about how my claim is being handled. Very badly I have to say and I’ve contacted the financial Services Authority regarding the matter. Very disappointed with this company and their aggressive and dishonest underwriters! .
