Bluebeam Revu - great product, terrible support
Bluebeam Revu is a great product. However, support is terrible. The support staff is friendly and attempts to be helpful, but getting a resolution to any issue is absolute torture. In order to get any response, you have to call the support phone number (any other contact method results in no response at all), endure a lengthy hold (I've never had a hold less than 30 minutes). You will probably have to do this multiple times to get a resolution. There are entire Reddit threads on how difficult getting a resolution (or even a response) from Bluebeam often can be.
