Rachel is an absolute star
Rachel is an absolute star. I was purchasing a shared ownership property and needed a mortgage specifically for this type of purchase. She found me a great deal and explained all the options clearly. She also sorted out life insurance and income protection for me. She liaised with my solictor and housing association swiftly and provided me with constant reassurance and guidance when things got tough. And they did! I ended up sacking my original solicitor because they took so long and then managed to complete with a new solicitor two weeks later. Anyway, I digress. My mortgage offer expired and Rachel was on the ball and managed to get an extension. It was very stressful but Rachel was brilliant as were her team. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bluebell Mortgages

Above and Beyond!
Rachel really did go above and beyond for me when buying my first home. She also became my councillor on most days when I started to become slightly unhinged with the solicitors etc!
Nothing was ever too much for Rachel, and I really can’t thank her enough.
Rachel- You are amazing at your job; your customer service is second to none and your speedy email replies were always certainly welcome!
Thanks again team ❤️ I can’t wait to move in now!
