Do not recommend- they never refunded my return!

I ordered two dog beds directly from Blueberry Pet on Jan 23 (RT35593), and after receiving them realized I do not need both. I reached out by email and Blueberry Pet provided the return address and requested a tracking number after shipping. I shipped back the new in box unopened item paying over $30 for shipping and sent Blueberry proof that the item was delivered to them on February 6. Blueberry Pet confirmed receipt and stated they issued a refund to the original form of payment.

As of now (April 9) I have yet to get the credit. I have since emailed blueberry pet multiple times and have been totally ignored. None of my inquiries were responded to.

I do not recommend buying from Blueberry Pet. I am beyond disappointed in their customer service practices.
