I’ve been locked out my account almost…

I’ve been locked out my account almost 2 weeks. Fraudulent active has been done. Multiple deposits has made to my account since then. Customer service line do not work it give me the option to do everything but talk to a human. Finally talked to someone at corporate and they just breathed into the phone for 5 seconds then hung up. Posting reviews doesn’t work either they have to review your comment before it’s posted.

The absolute worst experience ever

The absolute worst experience ever! Spent 5 hours on the phone total within 2 days to dispute fraudulent charges, only to be hung up on 3 times. So i am penalized for being frauded.....complete this form....submit to this link....really?? Hire the staff needed to manage your business effectively. I'm done.

$10k ANNUAL DEPOSIT LIMIT

I couldn't BELIEVE when my direct deposit was rejected because the Bluebird CHECKING ACCOUNT has an annual $10k direct deposit limit. ANNUAL! That means you can't get paid more than $200 a week and have it deposited to their new checking accounts. But their prepaid card has a $100,000 annual limit. What kind of sense does that make? A "real" checking account can't receive more than $200 direct deposits weekly but their prepaid card can? I think there's some fraud or incompetence afoot here. Sad part is once a deposit is rejected, an oops by Bluebird won't fix it. They're clearly missing a few zeroes in their annual limit but they won't admit it

Negative stars

Negative stars. Horrible. Why is this company allowed to continue? On hold forever. It's always nothing they can do. Your funds are basically held hostage. They need to be investigated, fined and forced to refund their customers. Shut them down. The PII ?? are endless to verify. Can't transfer money to a different non BB card, only to other card holders. Just shut them down. I was ripped off by them and priceline last year, filed a complaint and nothing. They need to be reported to a whole list of agencies, which is my next move. To get it on record. Send complaints to their CEO/COO/CFO and whoever else.

Undoubtedly the worst company ever

Undoubtedly the worst website, worst app and worst customer support of any company I have ever dealt with. First they removed necessary functionality from their mobile app, then they had a website meltdown which locked me out of my account. Now, when I try to get help to allow me to login to get my own money, I am stuck in either a forever queue or I get a message that due to overly long wait times they can't take my call. No ability to leave your number, no other way to access (no email, website form, etc.) As soon as I get access I am taking my money out and closing the account. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Bluebird down for at least a week

Have used Bluebird for years for online purchases. Put money on the card to make a purchase and 2 minutes later the card was declined. It let me put money in, but now I can't spend it. My card has been declining for the last week. I keep checking and the money is in my account. People have been complaining for days and its still not fixed.

Finally accurate reviews

Finally accurate reviews. I’ve been a member of bluebird for 6+ years and I’ve got to say the last three the company has gone down drastically. Little to no customer support, their operators sounds like they’re talking through a microwave, and if you plan on getting a refund? Plan on it taking almost a month. Boycott bluebird tell all your friends how bad they are.

Bluebird lost my $2,000 external bank…

Bluebird lost my $2,000 external bank transfer. My bank has no record of the transaction and doesn't show it as pending. This is day 5 and my money is not in my bluebird account or my bank account. The transaction in bluebird was pending until today when it inconveniently vanished. Now on an impossible cycle to reach a live person.

Worst ever experience. 5 yr customer

I’m on hold now been waiting for 2 hrs worse experience I’ve ever had with a banking service. They had a thousand dollars of my money on hold because their system fail they put 670 dollars back now they won’t answer and won’t answer . I’m so upset I’ve never seen nothing like this . The bad part is there is nothing I can do I truly feel like I’m being scammed. Unbelievable.

Was not warned of their maintenance

Was not warnee of their maintenance. Was in the middle of a important transaction and now it's on hold and I can't access the funds of support. They say they got high call volume and hang up. Poor support.

They deserve a negative rating!

They deserve a negative rating! All weekend their service has been crashing. I had to leave two different stores because my card was unable to process. It’s not an issue with funds. It’s that their system was “down for scheduled maintenance” at first. Then it’s just not working whatsoever with no explanation! Can’t use ATM either!

Try calling customer service the first time and the call was disconnected after waiting 90 f’n minutes for a human being to pick up the call.

Second attempt I gave up after the 2 hour mark of waiting for someone to answer after pressing “0” for an agent.

I filed an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Anybody else in the same position I suggest you do the same.

What a worthless company! Do better, Amex! I am beyond pissed!

Do not get this card

I am getting so pissed at Blue Bird. With the new update I cannot transfer money to another on my account. I cannot reload from my bank account with out being forwarded to the web browser. To make matters worse the web wants to send a code to my email. But every time I hit send. It never sends. The customer Service line is now to busy to take calls. As soon as my stimulus goes in I am cancelling this card and sticking to cash app

whaooo am lost for words, how people can bash a really great company. Bluebird is the best what it promises it delivers I love it. it should be number one across the board. i have and issue and it got resolve swiftly the best.

Horrible service!!!!

I made a 400$ purchase with my hard earned money. I changed my mind and was refunded the 400$. My account shows the plus sign and 400$ in green, meaning I was refunded the money. Bluebird has put a merchant hold on my account for no reason. I called Bluebird and they said nothing we can do!!! Its your company, why not?? Why don't you guys warn ppl ahead of time if any issues we can't help you!!! How do they hold your money that you spent??? Never again!!! This company handles most of my finicial transactions!! Takin my business somewhere else ASAP!!! You all should be ashamed!!! I'm definitely doin a story on this!!!

One star is to good. They deserve zero stars

If there was an option for zero stars I’d press it. I attempted to hook my debit card to it so I could pay some bills the money was taken off my card but the site would not allow me to answer the questions. I called in and they told me I already tried 10 times and I’m not allowed to use that card now. I am livid! Their app and site is broken and I’m the one paying for it.

Now a Bluebird member for 10 years.

Now a Bluebird member for 10 years.
My social security transfer's onto Bluebird.
On a daily basis Bluebird grows worse and worse.
Holding a hotel deposit for 30 days.
As well, you can not perform a PayPal transfer to Bluebird.
Bluebird. As useless as can be.
Galactic high ATM fees.
Not to mention on daily basis more and more stores do not except American Express.
Circle K doesn't even except American Express any more.
Bluebird, American Express what a sad major joke.
Customer service is a third world cluster F with a S storm float.
And that's when you can actually understand what they are actually trying to tell you.
Hung up on three times.
Two of those times by a supervisor.
Total nightmare Bluebird from American Express.
Hate to be ya.
Cuz I'm done.
See ya.
Loosers.
Have a nice day.

Avoid Bluebird if receiving a refund, they hold money for up to 2 weeks

Bluebird is OK until I return an item, or I have money refunded to me from a store or online site. They put a "merchant credit hold" for 7-10 days. Customer service always says it is the merchant, no matter if its Walmart, PayPal, Amazon or any other return/refund. So MY MONEY is being held up by American Express and I cant access it. The customer service is useless, they yell at and try to confuse people who call and ask where their money is. Very horrible experience.

HORRIBLE bank with poor to non-existent customer service

I opened a Bluebird account about 2 months ago and have a portion of my direct deposit deposited into it every two weeks and the rest deposited into my normal bank. Bluebird declines transactions even when I have plenty of money in the account to cover the purchase. Some transactions go through and some do not. When I've called to try to figure out the reason Bluebird won't allow me to access MY MONEY, the customer service has been absolutely horrible! They have not been able to rectify my situation, and I have been told things like they can't find my account and to call back later. I've been transferred to another department when I insisted I speak with somebody who is able to help, and after holding for nearly an hour, I hung up. The customer service department is not in the US, and the representatives are clearly very poorly trained. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by Bluebird and will no longer be using them. I do not recommend Bluebird to anyone. There are much better options out there!

First 300 from an atm they claimed the bank wasn't reaching them back for the dispute. They finally gave it back but 3 days later they closed it down the day a direct deposit for 2400 went in. and no one can tell me when I get my money. Applying for it to be put in a check. Told me to write for an appointment and and the one lady that was nice to me didn't even know why. I am going to channel 9 and an attorney in the morning. And I want to complain to American Express Their name is better than this.

Bluebird does not want to issue me a hundred and $14 back they said Cricket has not gave me my money back Cricket is saying the issued my money back I would not get Bluebird I am not going to use them no more I'm going to take my money that I have left out and not use Bluebird do not use Bluebird they are hard to even get through and I don't want to give you your own money back I did not recommend Bluebird for No One
