Extremt ointresserad och långsam kundservice
Jag beställde en produkt, som på hemsidan var det jag ville ha. När jag fick hem det var det (fel) men ändå en liknande produkt. När jag ifrågasatte att det var en annan produkt så ändrade dom produkten på hemsidan och hävdade att det visst var samma produkt, tur att man tog screenshots innan det.
Jag bad då om att få reklamera. Det tog över en månad med mail, tystnad, påtryckningar via Klarna och ifrågasättande hur de försökte slingra sig ur problemet.
Tillslut makulerades fakturan, men jag får inte längre svar på mina mail och det är oklart hur jag ska agera nu. Då både vid ändring och vid makulering av faktura så följdes detta av radiotystnad.
Annars bra, snabb och smidig leverans- och beställningsupplevelse!
