Ich wollte ein Geschenkgutschein für den Enkel bestellen für die1-Jahres-Mitgliedschaft. Leider kann man da keine Anfangsdatum angeben. Es gilt der Tag der Bestellung. Das ist schlecht, da ich den Gutschein erst in 3 Wochen übergeben kann. Der Kundendienst von BlueCinema sagt, dass man da nichts machen kann. Auch die Verwaltungsfunktion auf der Homepage erlaubt diese Mutation nicht. Sackschwach ! Werde in Zukunft andere Geschenksideen suchen.

Blue cinéma... expérience décevante
J'ai tenté de créer un compte client sur cette plate-forme dont on devine qu'elle appartient à Swisscom mais impossible de créer le compte car selon eux mon numéro de téléphone n'est pas valable alors que je suis client chez eux depuis que les PTT sont devenus Swisscom. De plus lorsque jeveux acheter une place de cinéma impossible de savoir quelles places sont déjà réservées et surtout s'il y en a encore et pire que tout aucun prix n'est disponible. Lamentable!!!!
