They don't even deserve the single star rating

Booked at Birmingham, they gave 3 mobile numbers to ring once we collected our suitcases. None of the numbers worked. After walking to the carpark they claimed there's an isdie with the phone numbers so radio'd for the car to be dropped off. Good job it wasnt raining because there's no shelters, however did have to stand freezing for 15mins or so,
numerous people were complaining of similar. Car came back with alot of mud splattered on the wheel arches. Totally dissorganised. Wont ever use again

AVOID!! Worst service ever

AVOID!!! Do not use this company. I would give minus points if it would let me. Worse service I have ever received. Terrible drop off and at the pickup they changed all the phone numbers we were given. They didn’t care. No apologies extremely rude. We had a baby and had to stand in the cold waiting for them to get our car. An awful service. Avoid avoid avoid!! I would never use them again can’t believe we paid for this terrible service!!

Using car without consent

Left my car at Heathrow, drop off went without a hitch. Landed back 2 weeks later and called at 7.32am to request my car, was told 10-15 minutes. 45 minutes and several disgruntled calls later my car arrived and I thought that was the end of it.
A few days later I receive a letter from transport for London with a ulez fine saying my car had been driven through a ulez zone at 5am on the day it was collected. Why was my car being driven around London 2 hours before my flight landed and I had requested the return of it? Have a nice photo of my car as proof and a £90 fine to boot!!

I tried price check promise

I tried price check promise. BirminghamAirport. No Hassle.

You will never win. As they do not park your car at the same park where they hold your car. It is not like for like. I tried and was refused £6+ dearer.

A good experience…

Dropped the car off and a short walk to the terminal at LHR.
When I returned I went to the Blue Circle kiosk in the Short stay car park. My car was waiting for me.
Checked the mileage and condition and all as I had handed it over with, less a few additional miles on the clock.
Overall a very good experience from the LHR Terminal 2 Blue Circle Parking. I would recommend

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. No problem at all with "drop-off" on 13 December `23. there to meet and polite and careful driver. On "pick-up" though on 25 January `24 appalling service. Waiting 60 mins. plus from initial phone call to them after collecting luggage and when arrived, rushed through handover process and no mention of damage to the bonnet, and headlamp of my car. The inside of the car was mudded and dirty and certainly not when originally handed to them. Currently going through claim and compensation procedure. Still not sure if I will get anything. I will never, ever use these "cowboys" again.

Not fit for purpose. Totally disorganised.

On return telephone numbers to advise arrival not answered. Car park organisation was a shambles. Cars had been delivered back and put in the 15 minutes free car park before they knew drivers were on their way. Consequently by the time we got there the time had expired and the barrier would not lift. Blue Circle staff were very unhelpful and stress levels were getting to fever pitch as it was 11pm. There was a serious danger of things getting out of hand as up to 15 cars were stuck in the car park with increasingly irate owners. One BC employee tried to reason with NCP car park barrier operator but to little avail as all cars were over the free time period. Eventually the 5 Blue Circle staff got in their car and drove off leaving the rest of us stranded in the car park at 1145pm!

DO NOT USE!!

Used Birmingham Airport meet and greet in November 2023. Car was returned 5 minutes before I collected it with a totally flat rear tyre which had been driven on and had therefore damaged the tyre wall. Also the car was absolutely filthy outside and in the front footwells. I have dashcam footage which shows the state of the 2 sites they used to store the car. Both were like building sites, muddy with huge potholes full of dirty rain water. Have complained but Blue Circle parking refuse to rectify. Loads of similar reviews and a 1* Trustpilot review says it all.

DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS

My experience is with the Birmingham branch. My first contact was poor. No communication skills or customer service and some spoke poor English. On return all 3 contact numbers were unavailable so I walked to the on-site office to be greeted by rude difficult to understand staff who claimed I had been informed of the change of number. I then returned to collect my cases and witnessed my car being driven at speed to the car park drop off site. Upon inspection my vehicle was filthy inside and had covered 48 miles with at least 3 people inside. I warn you as strongly as I can to avoid, all of the negative reviewers can't be wrong.

Car abused and I was abused too

Arrived back at Birmingham and none of the numbers worked. Walked to the car park where I was told I needed to phone. I said I had called, but none of the numbers worked. I was then informed they had changed numbers 2 days previously but they hadn't informed me. After waiting 20 minutes on my car, the driver of my car abused me verbally. I also have telematics in my car and the car was driven erratically and aggresively - with the obvious evidence that comes with telematics! AVOID

This ‘Company’ will not answer their phones

We had to return from holiday 3 days early. We rang Blue Circle Birmingham from 11 am on day of departure. We tried all three ‘numbers’. Message : Unavailable’. We asked our daughter to try whilst we were on flight. She found a completely different number. She told us to call it when we arrived. Yet again, ‘Unavailable’. We eventually walked over to their office. They said their phone lines were down (all four). They said they sent us a text. They hadn’t. A lot of other people said they hadn’t received a text either. They couldn’t have cared less. No apology. Waited 20 minutes whilst they went and got car.

Would definitely recommend

Used them for our family holiday so we had 3 cars to check in. The instructions of where to find them were clear, someone was there to deal with paper work and hand over keys as soon as we got there. On our return we rang while we were waiting for our cases as advised. All our cars were ready , no miles on one and a minimal number of miles on the other 2. No damage to any car. Would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend.

They stole from my vehicle

They stole from my vehicle!
I booked through Holiday Extras, with a hotel the night before at Heathrow. I dropped my car with no issue and went away. When I returned a couple of weeks later, my car was dropped back to me (after 25 minute wait), the staff had rifled through my glove box and eaten the food I had put in there for my long return drive home in the early hours. Not only had they they been through my glove box and had the audacity to eat my food, they left the empty wrappers on my passenger seat!! Absolutely outrageous. Clearly the only reason they were going through private compartments is to steal things that they think are too small that you won't notice.

Avoid!...Missing fuel!

Avoid!...Booked through Holiday Extras - caution advised! Upon our return, we found the car had been driven approximately 20 miles. However, the major issue was the significant amount of missing fuel. We had left the car with enough fuel to cover 290 miles, but at the time of pickup, it only had enough fuel for 115 miles.

Heathrow Airport Meet and Greet with…Blue Circle

Having returned from a 14 hour flight to find that our car was not in the airport, even though we had called in advance and was told it was there. The man at the Blue Circle desk informed us our car would be there in 1 minute. 20 minutes later he said our car was on its way. 1.5 hours later he informed us our car had a flat battery (why he couldn't tell us that in the first place is beyond me). He didn't care one iota and had no customer service skills whatsoever. We were eventually picked up by one of their drivers and taken to a locked up compound on the outskirts of Heathrow airport, where we found our car backed up into thick bramble bushes. The driver tried to jump start our car from his Hybrid car which is obviously impossible. 2 more drivers appeared with other jump leads also trying to jump start from a Hybrid car. I eventually managed to flag down a police patrol vehicle and explained to them what had happened, they called their police recovery vehicle who managed to jump start our car. The police informed me that a lot of the drivers for these companies were not insured and said "therefore should anything happen to peoples cars, Blue circle would not be held responsible". This was not the first time this has happened to us but was definitely the worst. So needless to say I will not be using them again.

Literally pointless if you think this…

Literally pointless if you think this is going to be more convenient than business parking or even long stay. Drop off ok but car takes 25 mins to arrive even when you call them. Don’t do it and pay the extra 15 quid

Missing fuel!

We booked through Holiday Extras for 24 days of parking in December 2023 whilst we were visiting Australia. Whilst there, I noticed on the BMW app on my phone that the estimated fuel and range remaining had dropped significantly, not once but twice. When I dropped the car off on 30 November, it had 3/4 of a tank of fuel (about 45 litres) and a range remaining of 556 miles. 5 days later, the figures on the BMW app were 35 litres and 426 miles. The car had only been driven 9 miles since I had handed it over. 4 days later, on 9 November, the figures were 14 litres and 168 miles; the mileage had increased by 1 mile. Thus, about 30 litres of fuel had been "used" to drive 10 miles. I raised this with Holiday Extras by email from Australia and they contacted Blue Circle. who replied that the BMW app might not be giving accurate information and that some fuel might have been used when the car was run at idle to defrost it. When we returned to the UK, the fuel gauge read about 1/4 of a tank, so about 30 litres less than when I dropped the car off, and 15 miles had been added on the odometer. I suspect that Blue Circle had run the car at idle for in excess of 20 hours in total. Also, when we started to drive home down the M3, a warning sounded that the bonnet was not properly secured so I had to pull into an emergency layby to close it. I can't think why Blue Circle would have needed to open the bonnet but, having done so, they didn't close it properly. I asked Holiday Extras to refund the cost of the missing fuel, so about £42, but they quickly refunded the whole parking fee of £123, so well done them! Based on my experience and the other reviews here, I have suggested that they stop using Blue Circle. I won't use them again.
