Horrible customer service. I have a SIM card that hasn't been used in over a year and it says I can't reload it online and have to call into customer service. Only problem is that they don't answer their phone. It says their wait time is "about 10 minutes" and I have been on hold for 2 hours now. I tried their callback service that says I will maintain my place in line, and that was over 4 hours ago... no callback. I am leaving on my trip later today and probably won't be able to use my phone. This company is a SCAM. If you buy a phone and get a new prepaid card, that is fine... just don't expect ANY follow up customer service down the line. The company is horrible.

WORST EXPERIENCE ... AGAIN ... I need to check if someone is using FedEx... DON'T ORDER. They are the single worst delivery service in existence. And BlueComso just lied. They don't care, it's just awful. I ordered an urgent package from Bluecosmo for overnight delivery last Wednesday. Paid a premium for "guaranteed overnight". And I get some random email saying it's in an outfitting facility and will be delivered on Monday ... 5 days later .. AND I WON'T BE HERE. DON'T TRUST THEM

This is the worst experience I had let me tell my history:I bought airtime plans for 6 months I paid first month 95.00$ but the problems was a lost my phone without used the first month (95.00$) I sent a cancellation requeste and they said I need to paid a total of the 6 month because I canceled the plan This is a big SCAM

I would never again used Blue Cosmo services. I purchased their services for duration of 4 months for which I paid upfront. I even gave them deposit in case I was not able to retunr from expedition earlier and needed this service to remain active, the little did I know after only 37 days upon my return I received 2 charges one for $1000 second for $1499 due to apparently some extended minute use, without any warning just like this I was ripped off and deceived quite frankly. I am sure this is how they make their money and I would advise anyone who is not sure who to use, to go ahead and consider other 3 providers with the same services. I believe they are more honest and upfront about their pricing and charges.

I have just finished buying 2 satellite phones through Bluecosmo.
Excellent service. They delivered faster than promised, have an excellent easy understandable website.
Unfortunately there was a minor issue with one (of 2 delivered) chargers with one of the 2 phones. The phone support received was outstanding. By a person who knew what they are selling, understood and helped verify the problem. A new part is immediately underway with the exact same speedy service.
Highly reccomend!
