Good efficient service

Good, efficient service that delivered exactly what I was expecting. Emily F was a very helpful and skilful practitioner. Prices have gone up a lot - not sure if the increases are really justified.

Pretty good overall

I have been having annual health checks with them for several years. I have found them efficient and professional. I have a few issues with the presentation and information in their reports that they could easily fix but nothing major. They are heavily into glossy marketing at the expense of scientific confidence assurance, clarity, explanation and presentation.

Worst customer support

I paid over GBP 200 for a female cancer screening, which was supposed to include an HPV test as part of the package. However, the HPV test was not carried out. I requested a partial refund for the HPV test and NO response for three weeks.

Zero response to my emails.

Endless spam email

Like most people, I am getting endless spam emails. It is a waste of time asking them to stop sending email. I suspect by doing so, it verifies you have a live email account, and this just results in more unwanted email.

Unsolilcited spam

An email received from Bluecrest was rightly allocated to the spam folder, because that's what it is. Unsolicited spam merchants.

Data Breach

I’ve just received junk mail from you! Addressed to me on the envelope by to someone else in Bearsden on the letter inside the envelope. A company you can trust - I think not. Surely this is a data breach!

Illegal spamming operations

Illegal spamming operations, criminal offence, illegally obtained email lists and guessing email addresses for registered domain lists. I hope they cease these illegal operations immediately before someone like me takes legal action against them. Of-course they will claim it was a third party SEO company or similar, trust me, I will sue you for every penny you wont wriggle out of it that easy.

Anti-spam law is enforced by the Information Commissioner and breaches can lead to a fine of up to £500,000. There is also civil liability to anyone who suffers damage as a result of the breach. The rules are in the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations.
