John was polite explained everything to me and was very professional made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Have this assessment every year and find the process very professional and efficient. Saw Maya this time and she explained the procedure very thoroughly and slowly to ensure I understood what she was doing and why. Had the Wellness App and some of the results came through a day later with the rest the day after, speedy service!
My Husband had previously been assessed and it was found out that he had AF and he was able to see our GP and put on the required medication.
Definitely worth getting done for peace of mind!

If you like waiting over a month before being told that the results are unavailable and you have to do it again, then this is the company for you.
Booked in January, got virtual appointment with nurse who talked me through process in Mid Feb. Waited till early March to finally get the message that “results are in”. The results are that the results are unavailable. Called customer service team who got back to me to say the blood didn’t get to the lab in time (I sent it two hours after appointment).
Now I can’t even get back in touch with them to “rearrange”. Not worth the money.
