I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with Bluedart's service. I had a package scheduled for delivery on 31-10-24, but despite it being a holiday at my location, the delivery person never called or made any contact attempt. Knowing it was an office holiday, I expected the delivery to be made the next day or at least to receive a call to confirm arrangements.

To make matters worse, the package was shipped back without any notification. I’ve since tried contacting their customer service at least 30–40 times, but the line is always engaged, and I cannot get through to anyone for help. The lack of customer support and communication is beyond frustrating, and I still haven’t been able to resolve the issue or reschedule the delivery.

I expected much better service and communication from Bluedart.

I recently ordered from [Service Provider's Name], and I have to say, my experience has been quite frustrating. My order was supposed to arrive on [Delivery Date], but it has yet to be delivered. What makes this situation even more disappointing is the complete lack of communication regarding the status of my order.

I understand that delays can happen, but I expected at least some updates or notifications. Instead, I was left in the dark, which only added to my frustration. Good customer service includes keeping your customers informed, and in this case, that was sorely lacking.

I hope they improve their communication in the future, as the service potential is there, but this experience has made me hesitant to order again. Overall, I would rate my experience 2 out of 5 stars, primarily due to the lack of updates and transparency.
