Saw an interesting ad on Meta (Facebook) for a laptop at a responsible price…I placed an order and paid. Received Order Confirmation #1036 and a Tracking number….supplier company was bleesashop.com with email address of bleesashop@g
A couple days later I received another email stating Order #1036 with the same tracking number had been shipped. I checked the link to the tracking number and it stated “order received “ please check back for shipping details. When I checked a couple days later the tracking number was shown as “NOT FOUND”.
That was a month ago….nothing shows now under the company name and the email address doesn’t exist ….
I GOT SCAMMED ! Why does Meta (Facebook)accept advertisements for Scam Companies - oh what am I saying…for the easy advertising dollars ! Well Meta (Facebook) thank you for protecting YOUR FOLLOWERS. Now Meta please do me a favour - and everyone who uses your site: This is the last comment you will ever see or hear from me.
To everyone who reads this … I would strongly recommend not buying anything from the Meta (Facebook) site….they offer the buyer no protection.

I ordered the book mug May 17 and received it today. Like everyone else I received some toddler's classroom art project at a premium price. What a joke I'm still not laughing about.

Just like another noted, when I contacted them they offered me 5% off. Seriously?!? Their site claims you can return it for a full refund, but you have to contact them for the address -- at which point they yet again figuratively laugh in your face.

I too ordered the glass book coffee mug, and it looks like a kindergarten painted it. It looks nothing like the picture and now I am getting the runaround on fees and taxes to try to get it back to them. Do not do business with them.

I would not have given even one star, but I had to in order to put this review down.

I was very disappointed in my order. I ordered the glass book coffee mug. It looks as if a second grader painted it. The colors are there, but there is no definition, and it doesn't look at all like what it is supposed to look like. I ordered on May 16th however, and a month and a half later, just received my order. Now, the item that I ordered is now half off. I will not be ordering anything from Bluseea again.

I wish I could give zero star ! It’s horrible! 100% misadvertistement! Advertised as glass. It’s cheap plastic. The paint looks nothing like the picture. I wish I could post pictures of how horrible it is. When I contacted them and sent pictures, they said they would refund 5%! What happened to their money back guarantee? I will tell everyone not to trust this company! Nothing but a scam!

The book cup received is nothing like what is listed AT ALL - very poorly done

It's a scam. Bought a cute mug for my wife's birthday. Two weeks later no shipping update. When I reached out they gave the usual evasive reply and asked me to wait another month. I've filed a dispute and if I don't hear back in the next few days I'll have to reach out to my CC company. Avoid.

Charged me $70, yet no updates. Order Placed, Paid, never Shipped.
NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT
Tried contacting several times, including a chat that lead into a 3rd party that wanted $1 PLUS my credit card information. NO !!!
Extremely BAD EXPERIENCE !!!

The quality of the products are ridiculous it feels like they are made from plastic, also they don’t have any labels saying what materials they use. I wish I checked this before ordering from them.

July 23 Update: Customer service gave me these options:

Option 1. You can keep the product and accept $22 cash coupons for your future purchase.
Option 2. You can keep the product and accept $19 partial refund as compensation.
Option 3. We will send the right return address; however, you will cover all the return costs.

Order was delivered. Shirt material was quality. I ordered 3 men’s Large shirts. They sent me one shirt XL and then the two Larges sent fit like XL. Emailed customer service and have not received a response.

I ordered 5 clothes a few months ago (size L in EU) and received them, despite a quick deliver, either in XXL or XS. The quality is by the way very disappointing.

I spoke with their client service (very efficient and as fast as their delivery service) who told me there was no return system. Therefore I had to return them back to China at my own expenses.

However, I’m pretty surprised as they indeed entirely refund me (100€) after i’ve sent a confirmation email and they received the package.

Trust them but not too much :)

Wrong item received after long delays. Tried to make me pay to return the garment even though it was their mistake. Poor quality for the price as well.

delivery was delayed - customer service via mail is a joke
incompetent and they just try to scam you with their cheap shirts - dont buy it

After a month i received the first order, but it only contained one item (At least it was right). After 3 months and numerous emails that I wrote to blueesa because of the long wait, the 2nd package of my order arrived. But with 2 completely wrong items. I give up with them, but as I see I‘m not the only one they left speechless

I ordered clothes as a guest 2 weeks ago and they still haven't been shipped. Since I ordered as a guest, I can't log in to cancel my order. My emails questioning about my status order don't go through. As a last resort, I will contact PayPal to get a refund.

Absolute scam. Tops completely different to what I ordered. Two random tops , absolutely awful look like plastic, not what I ordered. Can’t get hold of company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRAND. I spent 60 quid for my boyfriend’s Christmas present and waited a month for arrival. Absolutely fuming.

Saw an ad on Tik Tok and decided to give it a try. After 1 month of waiting I finally got my clothes and 3 out of 5 items were wrong, either wrong size or wrong colour.
Never buying from them again.

This company is a scam, after over a month of no delivery I received an update saying it was being sent back to sender. To later receive an update saying i'd have to pay an additional delivery fee for the item not being delivered. Their email bounces at every attempt and there is no number to call. I am not given the option to cancel my order and get a refund even though the website says I can but they will take a 15% charge.
