Absolutely brilliant—initially helped me out of a jam that British Gas had left me in—took out cover with British Gas and on initial inspection—there was a problem with the flue -which they didn’t want to touch—but—then deemed the boiler as unsafe— it was the beginning winter and freezing outside—and they were happy to just walk away leaving us without heating or hot water—phoned around -and thankfully Gary turned up within an hour —sorted it out without any fuss—so-based on this I cancelled the British Gas contract-and took out my cover with Gary and blue flame — I haven’t had to use the cover yet—but I’ve no doubt there won’t be a problem should I need to—my daughter has recently bought her first house and on my advice-has also taken out the best cover available—can’t rate this company highly enough— they’re local and based on my previous experience I’ve no doubt will attend to any problem instantly—would i recommend them —100%—!!

Blue Flame have come to us twice - once to service our boiler and again to remove another appliance. Both times they have been able to come out almost the same day, have given a very fair quote, arrived when they said they would, and completed the job quickly and with minimal fuss.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.

I first contacted Garry to service my boiler and found him very punctual, friendly and engaging and most importantly knowledgeable. So much so, that I contacted him again with a view to replacing 3 radiators. He quickly came back to me with an acceptable quote together with a date for installation. Altough Garry did not carry out the installation himself, his colleague Matthew was also on time, efficient and friendly. He quickly drained my heating system, removed the old radiators, arranged for the collection of the old radiators and associated rubbish, installed the replcements and the system was back up and running in no time.

I have absolutely no complaints about the quality of work carried out on each occasion and it was done carefully and with respect of my home.. What I wasn't expecting was a follow up call from Garry to see if everthing was satisfactory and if I was pleased with the work (a rarity these days). Needless to say, I would certainly recommend Garry and his team. I can say no more other than EXCELLENT service.

Had a new condenser boiler fitted. Carl did a fantastic job. He was professional, polite and thorough. He made sure boiler and the new Hive control was working before he left. He left no mess, old boiler was taken away. Garry followed up with us next day to explain warranty etc. That is what I call excellent customer service! Had new boiler new radiators great service clean and tidy now have thier gold star cover and it serviced regularly
Would definitely recommend this company

I had an intermittent fault on my boiler, took a few attempts to rectify ( as intermittent faults do ) They booked me in asap each time and engineer turned up when promised. I had to pay for initial repair as I wasn't covered but after that the boiler was serviced and the cover began which was handy as additional parts were required.
Both engineers were friendly yet professional. Thanks to both of them ( Reese and Dave ) Have no problem recommending this company.

Also, when a family member died a few yrs ago, probate cancelled their direct debit, then the boiler failed. When contacted they still honoured the contract, came out straight away and repaired the boiler. Which was much appreciated.

He also fixed my Mum’s boiler, when a contractor sent out earlier by a big name company said that it couldn’t be fixed and left my vulnerable mother without heating for a few days. Thankfully she allowed me to call Garry who sorted it straight away. He also charged far less for fixing the boiler than the contractor did for just coming out.

Old boiler and tank removed by Blue Flame and replaced with Baxi combi-boiler. The work was done by Carl who was punctual and friendly and whose very neat work was completed on time. The work was arranged and supervised by Garry who took the time to answer all my questions and talk me through the operation of the new boiler. The process was made very easy for me as a customer and I highly recommend this friendly, professional firm.

Had my new boiler fitted on 28/04/23 and the service was fantastic. Had 3 young men attend the property who one I believe was called Riley but I’m afraid I didn’t catch the other 2 names. Arrived nice and early for the job, worked efficiently throughout the day and answered all my questions. Left everything nice and clean and tidy and made sure I was happy with the service. Engineer came to do the annual service 15/07/2022 and I could not fault anything. We did have to find the boiler filter which was not readily visible but I eventually remembered it was fitted behind one of the kitchen drawers. The filter was quite dirty so I explained it may not have been cleaned on the last service by Blueflame Gas Solutionsin 2021. Anyway apart from that everything was OK

Used Blue Flame to service the boiler and provide Landlord certification for a rental property. Also complete a boiler service in my own property.
Ryan the engineer called in advance to let me know his estimated time of arrival and met that time. Work completed without fuss and working area cleaned on completion.
Invoice and certificates sent electronically. All very efficient. Excellent service!
