A huge disappointment for such an established company. I opened an account and met all the requirements, but when it came time to withdraw, they told me I was trading at high frequency and that I had received less than 30% of my withdrawal request. More than $195 was deducted without any valid reason.

Their payout system is fast and smooth process time is less than 24h. Spread are very tight compare to other firms. Overall great dashboard with all journey tracking system.

I stated about a month ago I took 5k stater instant account. I checked rules before and saw i can use expert adviser. After about 3 weeks of trading everything well I got an email that my guardian shield activated and it is considered sort breach. So I can keep trading. I asked support team and they said it is because I trade from USA. And it does not make any sense my vps location is london. So after time support said that I can only use expert adviser but without vps. So what is the point of it?! To me it is very sad and because of that I probably needs to change plans or strategy cause I can not leave my pc on all day. To me it's look like they search for profitable traders and look for ways to make it difficult In order at they end not to pay. I still have hopes they will change their mind and me trade with my vps and I really will change the review rating if they will do so.

after talking with support they at the end toll me i can not use expert adviser on my vps and only on the real pc, so i did it and after 1 day again my account close again. so guys this company never want u to make money i have ea which trade very simple and consistancy strategy and i was trading the account profitablly and was close to payout and because of that they just close my account tell i am using usa ip which is not true. i give the chance if they will reopen my account and just let me trade my simple strategy with my ea i will update my review if so. and i always suggest to anyone who read my review to use always few platforms and does not use one firm or broker it is really important. i wish everyone safe trading :)

Blue Guardian is a solid prop firm with fast payouts and flexible challenge options. I like the profit split (up to 90%) and the fact that payouts can come within 24 hours, which is a big plus for active traders.

Blueguardian, is one of the best firm out there, there support are superb always available to help their customers in the time of crisis and do not delay payout.. Kudos to you @blueguardian.

So i have a love hate relationship with this prop firm and at this point , im writing for the traders that will be signing up. I have gotten about 9k in payout from these guys. So do they payout yes. But there is a catch here. You need to read the rules and like we all know prop rules are there to keep them going but as a trader, who want a payout , please read their instructions. I got hit with a margin rule when , about 3k of my realized profits wasnt paid out. I wanted to disagree but after reading the rules, it was there. So yes, follow the rules and you will get paid. I love these guys because they always have coupon codes and especially for the 1 phase, i can come in , risk maybe $300 depending on the coupon, buy a 1 phase and in a week or 2 , I'm looking at a 2k to 5k payout. so yes, it makes sense if you read the rules and know what you are doing. The payments have been fairly solid. Last time my rise account wasn't even working and they still sent me the payment via crypto. So yes, they pay but you will need to read all the rules and follow them. So all in all, i will give them a 3.5 because like i said , they payout if you follow all the rules.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Blue Guardian. I had a clear risk management lock set to prevent any breaches, but their system failed to execute the order promptly. Despite the order being sent, the fulfillment delay on their end allowed the account to drift past the limit. Instead of acknowledging this technical failure, support simply dismissed the issue, claiming they don't recognize platform-based risk tools—even though it was a failure of the execution itself.

To make matters worse, I purchased a new challenge to move past this, and I still haven't received my credentials. They are effectively preventing me from trading while holding onto my money.

If you value reliable execution and a support team that takes responsibility for technical lag, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

My account #BGF54053 deserves a fair review, but so far, the communication has been nothing but rigid and unhelpful.

Great experience with Blue Guardian so far. The platform is smooth, rules are clear. Support team is responsive and helpful whenever needed. One of the better prop firms out there—highly recommend!
