Ordered my item on 16th November 2023. They told me my item would be here in a week. It left their facility 2 weeks later. Didn't arrive in my country for 3 more weeks. Then, their courier partner (fourlogistics) "couldn't find my address" and held my item for 3 more weeks. I request a refund, they tell me to "contact the courier company again", completely ignoring my request four times. Went radio silent in the last month. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and got my refund that way. Never buy from them, this is most likely some scam store.
